What to put in a Jeep TJ transmission has been an argument since GL3 went off the market. This product is more expensive than 10w30, or GL5 75 weight. However, in my case it worked materially better than anything else I have tried. If you are comfortable paying for quality, this is the jeep TJ transmission oil to buy.

This oil gets the nod from many people who are trying to wring the most life out of their manual transmissions. The only thing I would suggest at this point is for Red Line to start using the squeeze bottles like Valvoline and some others are using.

What I ordered.

I haven't used the product yet, but was the recommendation from my online Toyota group.

I just wish the oil came in bottles to allow easy transfer to the rear end and transmission. A long narrow spout would be ideal, like most gear oils.

Works well in my Works great 2003 Jetta TDI ALH. Didn't notice anything at first but after driving for a bit i noticed the shifts where a lot smoother.

Recently used this to replace the transmission and diff oil in my Mk1 Mazda MX5, and I'm very impressed with it.I've had a bit of a notchy change from first to second for as long as I've had the car, especially when cold. While it hasn't disappeared completely, it's much better now with this new transmission oil.Worth the extra cost in my opinion

Used it in my safari dicor. Awesome performance. but the price is on higher side.

Recently ordered 2 bottles of redline Mt90 for my ford Fiesta classic 1.6 gearbox. It has Ib5 gearbox. Earlier at 1 lack km I changed to some fiat synthetic oil but gearbox was not smooth. Found mt90* GL4, gear oil. This is the second week after I changed oil. As of now gearbox is shifting too good. I noticed improved acceleration, zero noise at high speeds. Lifetime gear oil is myth as in my drained oil I found flakes, dirtiness,..now I will sit in peace for another 1 lac km.. Do not use any cheap GL5 or GL4+, oil.. Use only pure GL4, for ford ib5

It is on expensive side but It's a good product. I can change gear smoothly now. This bottle doesn't mention about Hyundai car but it does work on Hyundai gl4 recommend.
