BabyHub Sleepspace Travel Cot with Mosquito Net - Tangerine

Okay so after trawling through the Google listings of 'best travel cot', the Babyhub unit kept appearing. I liked the design, the look the feel and importantly the thick mattress. So taking a punt on, what to be fair is quite an expensive item, hopes were high.It arrived in a nice box all ready to rock. I have to say that what follows is not a full review as that will come later. Let me explain. The item we received had a split in the mattress cover, some marks on the Teepee and the packaging suggested that it had already been used. So although I have set this up ( a doddle by the way ) I cannot give an honest review just yet on how it performs. So the 3 stars is based on my experiences so far but what I can see is this has the potential to be a 5 start product.Dealing direct with Babyhub they explained why the item I received was in the condition it was ,( ex demo ) and was a result of an issue in the warehouse. Fair enough, we are all human. The immediately offered a replacement or refund so good customer service and I may add, not by some faceless individual, but by the creators themselves. That speaks volumes.I am taking receipt of another one of these very soon and I will update my review accordingly once its been put through its paces. One has to be honest because its about baby safety and we all know Amazon can have 'creative' reviews for some products.My initial thoughts though. Bullet proof design, well thought out, very well padded mattress and oozes coolness. Its different yes, but different can be groovy. I think this at the moment is good, with potential to be outstanding. We will see.:)

Extremely disappointed with Amazon. After doing a lot of research I ordered this item when it was on special offer so I had it ready for when my daughter needed it. The design was perfect as I'm not overly tall so could slip my sleeping baby in without waking her and would be fun to play in when she is older. I received it and saw the box was ok and it was the red one that I order so put it under my bed until the other day when i really needed it for my baby. I put it up and thought the door is a lot smaller than I thought it was supposed to be. I the tried to fold back the bottom strips to see if it helped to get my sleeping baby in but it opened on the wrong side. I contacted the manufacturer who said that it sounded like i had been sent the 2017 model not the new one so I went to look at my order and the photo of the item I ordered was the new model but Amazon sent me the old model. The manufacturer are extremely helpful and respond quickly. The product its self is well made and great. It also said I would receive teepee cover in the box and that did not come with it either. I have contacted amazon to see if they can rectify the matter but the only thing they are willing to do is refund me the money as it is over 30 days! So I'm have to buy this item at full price because Amazon mucked up. And the biggest issue is I really needed this item as I'm currently looking after a very poorly relative and need somewhere safe to put my baby.

I spent a long time researching the best travel cot for our 10 month old baby. The primary reason being for UK travel by car. Chose this as a. great design and b. ground level zipper so you don’t put strain on back (an issue with nearly all travel cots). Price also reasonable. Delighted with purchase, and the teepee cover was a godsend as it allowed us to block out light. I split the carrier bag and contacted baby hub who sent me a new one within 48 hours free of charge, so you can add great customer service too :) highly recommend this procudt

I was drawn to this product because of its unique design and bought one for my granddaughter. The sleepspace was easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions and looks great. My granddaughter loves playing inside it and is safe and secure. This is a very well made and safe product. Highly recommended.

The product I received looked like it had been previously used, the box was battered and it had a few marks. When I constructed it the bottom bars didn’t flattened properly leaving a bulge in the middle and it rocked from side to side even on a totally flat surface. Not sure if this was one off bad luck or if it is a badly made product overall.

I needed a cot that I could carry around from room to room and this works perfectly. It's really light and easy to fold and set up - took about two tries to get used to doing I tone handed with baby on the other arm. And it just looks nice. So many travel cots are boring black or grey but these bright colours look so much better. The tepee looks pretty good sitting in the corner too - I'm looking forward to using it when baby's older.
