Works well
This is one of those things that you don't use often but when you need it, you need it. You can easily switch from ounces to grams with just a tap of the button. Display is easy to read and very accurate. It about the size of a small plate so fits very well in any drawer.

Accurate, easy to use, great looking scale - Highly Recommend
This scale is accurate, very good looking, easy to clean glass platform, large backlit digital screen, perfect in size and has a clean, European design. This scale is extremely accurate. We tested it with items that weigh less than an ounce and with items as heavy as several pounds. The "zero/tear" button is extremely easy to use and reset. This scale makes it extremely easy to change unit of measure, a simple "unit" button toggles between them. This scale uses standard triple A batteries that everyone has in their home, as opposed to a watch/button cell battery that most people don't have laying around and requires a special trip to some store that carries watch batteries; this scale using standard triple A batteries is a huge plus in my opinion. The size of this unit is excellent measuring less than 1.5 inches tall, 6.5 inches wide and 8 inches deep. It easily fits on a counter (and looks great) or in a pantry, cabinet or drawer. It has a nice "lock" switch on the bottom so if you do store the unit in a drawer where the power button might get pressed or on a counter where little fingers can play with it, the unit won't turn on and waste the batteries. Overall I highly recommend the Accuweight 207 Digital Kitchen Multifunction Food Scale.

Excellent all purpose kitchen scale
This is a very accurate, easy to use kitchen scale that displays four different weights by the touch of the "Unit" button. The measurements are by grams, fluid ounces, milli-liters and pounds/ounces. This covers every kitchen need. The backlight and display are bright and large enough so that reading is very easy. The platform for placing an item to be weighed is big enough to handle any measuring cup and most average sized bowls.Cleaning is pretty simple- the glass platform wipes clean with a kitchen cloth. The only area that may be an issue to clean is the space under the platform. It is hard to get a cloth in there to wipe the surface but it is possible. All in all, this is a very handy and well-made scale. Be careful not to drop it as the platform (which is glass) can break.I would recommend this product.

A great scale, if a little slow responding
I've been using this scale for a couple of months now and there are many things to love about it, compared to the three or four scales I have previously owned and used. It looks great, is easy to read, the buttons work much better than all of the soft touch buttons I am used to on scales, I can put large bowls on it and still read the display, it rarely shuts off in the middle of measuring (a big problem I've had with most scales), and the battery life seems good (haven't changed them since I bought). The reason it only gets four stars is one little problem that might not even bother most people. It is very slow to respond to addition of more ingredients to the bowl. When trying to slowly come up to some specific weight, I have to add a little, wait for 2 seconds, add a little more, wait 2 seconds more, until I finally get there. Sometimes I have to lift the bowl up and set it back down to get it to respond to the addition of a small additional amount (1 gram more usually). For a lot of people this might not be a problem but I am used to scales responding more quickly. One other little quirk that might become a bigger problem down the road - it's hard to clean underneath the glass surface, and I am noticing a little buildup.

Slim profile. Accurate, but not precise.
I've only used this scale for about a week now, but have used food scales for several years now. This one is by far one of the best I have purchased. It's best feature is it's slim profile and sturdy construction. It fits easily in cabinets, does not take up too much counter space (horizontally or vertically) when being used, and the glass scale piece itself is not very flimsy because it is held upon two measuring supports. It's simple in functionality (only two buttons), but does its job.The lock button on the back is in an odd location--I feel it should be on top or at least on the side. And no where on the box or in the directions does it explain the use of the lock function. The only negative about this product is its precision. It only measure ounces out to 1 decimal point. While this is not too terrible as calorically, an error range of 0.05 oz won't make that much of a difference, most other scales on the markets measure out to two decimal places. HOWEVER, I believe this is a good thing. It is much easier to learn visually portion sizes when only given 1 decimal place. This makes it easier to estimate and judge portion sizes in those times when your scale is not with you. (And that actually makes this negative, kind of a big positive.)Overall, a great product. Would and will buy again.

Great little kitchen scale.
This is a good product. I weigh out my dogs’ wet food because otherwise I feed them too much and they are fat enough as it is. This little scale weighs in Tare weight. Do you know what that is? It’s when you don’t want to have to do math. When you put the dog bowl on the scale then put in the dog food, you normally would have to subtract the weight of the bowl to find out the weight of the food. But when you use Tare weight, you put the bowl on the scale then press the go button and the scale returns to “zero” then you put in your food and it just weighs the food. Neat, hunh! This scale uses regular batteries, not those expensive button batteries. Also it is more waterproof than other scales I have used. Here is a thought. Why wouldn’t you make your product fairly water resistant if it is a kitchen scale? You know the scale is going to get wet, right? This little scale is water resistant. I wouldn’t submerge it or put it in the dishwasher though. I’ve been happy with it even if my dogs resent it because now they don’t get as much food.
