This is a neat little gadget for a particular compromised circumstance and then maybe not as only a little garlic or ginger go a long way. It is very easy to use and to clean and to store. And by little I mean this can hold a good inch or two of ginger and several cloves of garlic at one time. Can use your finger or a small rubber spatula to empty the trough.
