I’m really happy with these cascara sagrada capsules! They’ve been very effective and gentle exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried a few other products before, but this one worked the best for me without any harsh side effects. Definitely something I’ll keep in my routine. Highly recommend!

This used to work good as a charm after two capsules now it feels like I have to take three capsules for it to work. ImI don’t know if they changed the ingredients, being the ass purchased a smaller bottle instead of the usual big bottle but I’m not liking the change. Please change back to original ingredients.

Safe and effective
I have been using this product for years! Although it is indicated to use occasionally…I have to use it everyday or I suffer the ever prevailing challenge of constipation! I am a healthy 68 year old person who exercises everyday (walk, weight train, yoga). I eat extremely well too. I prepare 90% of all my meals. I still suffer from constipation and take two of these at night with a magnesium oxide. I recommend it for those with constipation. I cannot live without it. This particular brand is a great price too :)).
