Good patch for temporary relief of minor pain. They are pretty much the same as most TCM patches of this type, nothing really distinguishes them. They work well enough, at least for a few hours, have decent adhesion when applied, and do not pull too much when removed. I do wish that I was able to find patches with stronger pain relief, as a Chinese acquaintance once gave me but do not know the name (though I do recall they came in a pink box and were painful to remove, but they were vert effective) so these will do for now.

I got my grandmother into going to an acupuncturist for the arthritis in her knee. She really enjoyed the herbal patches that they provided her after the treatment however the ones they were selling her at the clinic where a lot more expensive than these. I believe they were charging her around $17 for 1 large patch. I ordered these for her a couple of weeks ago and she really likes them. A few days ago she had a fall on one side of her body that affected her knee and elbow. She put a few of these on her knee right after the fall and it was fine the next day but her elbow was in pain. She later told me that she should have put some patches there too lol. Overall this is a great product for the price.

Perfect for my joint pain! Bought this Chinese medicine patch to help relieve my continuous joint pain brought by a recent exercise. The effect is out of my imagination! Surprised by the magic effect, I recommend it to my mom who has been suffered from the backache for years, and she said it did significantly relieve her backache. Gonna to order it again!

I was suffering from knee pain not due to arthritis. I tried these patches and with resting my knee the pain is greatly diminished.
