This pre-workout is the cleanest I have ever tried. I have been trying all kinds of different pre-workouts for many years. Both stimulant and stimulant free. I really liked, and had been using Pre-Jym for a few months up to trying Pre-Kaged. I have always wanted to try Pre-Kaged but never did for whatever unknown reason. The Pre-Jym was out of stock so I decided to buy this in place of it. I am so glad I did, and wish I would have tried it sooner. For both my wife and I, this has great energy and focus without any jitters or anxiety whatsoever. This is the first for me. I always got some sort of anxiety with every one I have tried. I just gave up on trying to find one that didn't because I though, "if I'm taking a pre-workout with stimulants, I am going to have anxiety". I kept waiting for the anxiety or jitters with this, but neither have. This is the first one that didn't cause one or the other. With a look at the ingredients, they are all top quality and dosed correctly (for me). I did notice that Pre-Kaged uses organic caffeine from coffee beans while the many I have tried in the past were chemical caffeine. This may have made the difference, I can only guess.I have been using Pre-Kaged for a few months now and I love it. I got the grape at first, and for me, it taste like what I would imagine a grape dreamsicle would taste like. So it's a kind of creamy grape. It's pretty good. I then tried the fruit punch and I loved that. I'm staying with this flavor. Again, it kind of has that creamy flavor. It is excellent. Both my wife and myself love it.Overall, fully satisfied! I don't plan on trying anything else from here on out. I found the perfect Pre-workout for me. No need to search further, unless they change the formula.Give it a try.

Flavor/Taste - So good for being naturally flavored on par or better than any other apple flavors I have tried. Its not overpowering and doesn't have that bad aftertaste. Only a handful of apple farms have been around as long as Stribling Orchard, and you’d be hard-pressed to find apples that good but this Pre-Kaged Apple flavor is reminiscent of the smell and taste of those rare apples. So overall I'd have to give the flavor a solid 9/10 Consistency/Mixing - Over the years I've tried a lot of pre-workouts from many different companies. Pre-kaged is right up there with the best and I do not get that floating that I get with other brands and this disperses well in liquid! Drinking it was very smooth... almost as if Kris Gethin brewed it New Glarus Brewing Co. in New Glarus, Wisconsin himself creating this serendipitous misxture of apples and gainz aged in oak with a unique fermentation process (fermaceutical), it's just that. A strong and unexpected mix of smooth textures. I give it a 10/10 for how it mixes so well. Formula/Performance - The energy and focus kick in very fast as it has a good array of natural stims combined with other key ingredients. With all natural ingredients I feel like it is finally a pre-workout that isn't bad for you. Performance gets a 10/10 Great pump, muscle endurance and that boost you need to keep going throughout the entire duration of your workout. That energy brings to mind the lithium-air cell battery which scientists at the University of Cambridge have designed to clears the path towards long-lasting, efficient rechargeable devices a truely innovative creation to mankind just like the formulation of efficacious dosages with full label disclosure that Pre-Kaged offers /w patented ingredients used in actual studies.

This pre work out is a good one. The ingredients are great. It also dissolves well when shaken. The flavor is good but on the sweeter side. It gives me the energy I need to get in a great work out!

I’ve tried many preworkout products in my ~15 years of being in the weight room. I believe this one to be one of the best, if not the best, that I’ve ever tried. Pros: several hours of sustained energy, focus and drive and EASY TO DIGEST which is very important to me. It is a powerful product that makes you feel like you’re ready to give your all without any jitters or feeling like you’re about to overdose on caffeine. The caffeine is metered just right; I used exactly a leveled off serving that worked very well for me. Cons: no true negatives here aside from the fact the “1 scoop” serving is significantly larger than other concentrated servings; it just takes more water to mix well and the flavor is a little bitter and strong due to the sheer volume of the serving. It’s overall a very well balanced product that doesn’t upset my stomach and gives me a potent jump start to attack the weights. 5 stars from me!

good value, good amount of caffeine, Orange Krush has kind of a medicinal flavor to it, but most of these pre-workouts tend to, still tastes orangish. I liked the ingredient profile, though they could stand to drop the B vitamins and the BCAA's, I don't really think they belong, that said even with a couple of fluff ingredients it's still a decent value at least compared to Legion pulse. Got a good pump going the last couple mornings, doesn't jack me up through the roof or anything but I certainly feel more awake, and more alert, and get a good solid pump with it. Like the inclusion of Quercetin, that ingredient alone props up beachbody's pre-workout and this is dramatically less expensive.

I usually buy the Sport type of Kaged and chose this one by accident. It has more caffeine than I would like and the flavor isn't great, but it's useable if I use just half a scoop.

I’ve been working out for a long time and have used so many pre workouts I’ve lost count. I truly love this stuff, it doesn’t make me at all jittery or weird. It just makes me feel alert and focused. Great price and quality product! Would recommend for sure
