Puritan's Pride Charcoal (Activated) 260 mg-100 Capsules

Not used to brush my teeth, however to combat any foor/liquid intake, in which my system doesn't seem fit. Recommend to have on hand whether to take as aforementioned, to brush your teeth or to keep on hand. Everyone needs a bottle of activated charcoal in their home!

Always keep a bottle of this in the medicine cabinet. When-ever you may eat something in questionand you get issues this take care of it in an hour....depending on how much you maybe pain depending on the reasons....take at least three to start......I have taken this for more years than I can count....you caneven cut the capsule in half apply to your tooth-brush and watch how after rinsing your teeth will sparkle white....so give it a try and Puritan Pride is a great name in the vitamin industry...and reasonable pricing...

Pills don't stay together. Turns into a potential cinnamon challenge in your throat. Never had it happen with powder filled pills before. Otherwise they're pills and there's nothing wrong with them.
