Amazing color and very easy to grow
These grow very well and are an absolute novelty in the garden. They do turn green when cooked, which is a bummer, because the kids really wanted to eat purple beans, but we show them these ARE the purple beans after all. These are an absolute delight to grow and can be planted in a planter in the house, as well.

Excellent seeds
I bought the yellow, green and purple varieties. They sprout in a few days and grow full plants with a high yield. Great tasting beans!

Germinated well grew fast. For some reason did not pollinate well. Had a couple beans but only 1-2 of the 10 flowers produced. I could have had them too close togeather.

Gorgeous plant!
Planted my garden late this year but they are finally getting ripe. These are the most beautiful thing ever!! The entire plant is purple and gorgeous!Although I was hoping for a green plant and purple beans (easier and to spot for little boy helpers), I am still extremely pleased with this.

Good Grow; Low Bean Production
Absolutely purchase this product if you like interesting vegetables/legumes in your garden.I planted 20 seeds. 16 sprouted. 12 are currently producing beans. Not a lot; about 4 beans per plant.Don't harvest too soon. I recommend harvesting when the bean is about 4-6 inches. Harvest too soon and the bean has a sour after taste.
