If you don’t use much social media then this phone is for you. Solid build quality, premium feel in hands, BLACKBERRY OS (secured), good battery life and no lagging. But poor camera quality, no support for whatsapp, paytm, Cricbuzz, banking apps and other android/ios apps makes it lag behind in competition. But if you are looking for a phone for limited use and professional oriented then you can go for it as you can get most apps (older versions) in blackberry world. I still love it’s OS , it’s cool. No clumsiness like other os , no lot of ads etc .

Blackberry Leap is a nice phone with good sound and video qualities having specific Blackberry 10 OS own features, but service is damn worst. The app store of Blackberry is also very poor compared to any other smartphone app-stores.I purchased one phone on Sept 2015 and accidentally its slim slot damaged after one month itself. I wasn't able to use it much, so I given it to my nearest service center in Bangalore (PRAMANIK MOBILE SERVICE ZONE - Authorized Service Centre of Research In Motion - RIM - BlackBerry India) for repair the slim slot. After 1 month I got my phone back with full damages.1. Back LED light cracked2. Software re-installed without confirmation.Now the sim slot is not working and whenever phone is restarting whatever apps I have installed is gets deleted along with my data.I again reached the service center with bill and my current issues. They again took my phone back for checking. after two weeks they are simply saying its mother-board is damaged. They cannot solve the issue, and they can give back only the money that I spend against the new sim slot.I never done anything to damage its mother-board actually, it was only came from the service center itself. Now I have no idea, what to do with my brand new Blackberry Leap which costs my 20590/- rupees. Should I use it for paper weight??? Bulls*** service center, really bad experience.

Its my 3rd phone & just complete 2 days, & I like Blackberry OS features.I found that1. habitual apps like google's apps & many more not present on it.If we try to use it on Blackberry then support people not give support.2. Its support forum is very quick.3. Basic needs fulfilled by it.Bottom line:- It is product for who want to use such device which highly tested & secure. Then complications doesn’t matters.

Black Barry classic phone......in 2019 this phone is maintaining own class value.

I Purchased This Device Recently.I have Used this mobile quite for a while.I was new to the Blackberry Os as i faced difficulty to understand for a while.This device is amazing.Stylish & it works fine for day to day use.HIGHSScreen is surprisingly vibrantHub and keyboard is superbBattery life is excellentExpandable memory via microSD card slotBlackberry OS will flow smoot .Excellent Battery Back up Upto 25 hrs for mixed Use.Install Both android & Blackberry appsLOWSAndroid apps are sluggishAmazon app store missing lot of apps .But no problem we can side load Android appsUpdate 2:Blackberry is no longer supporting Facebook & Whats app soon be discontinued by end of 2016PS:BlackBerry devices are for those who cares for data Privacy.You may not get disappoint.It will fulfill with most productivity apps from blackberry

Amazon please don't sell those products which are disconnected by the OEM.They not providing any support to resolve any issues .Anyway I like the design and UI

other brands such as redmi, huawei and Nokia provide much better phones in this price rangethis phone does not support android and most of the important apps cannot be used
