Best fudge ever! Very rich. Doesn't take more than a small bite to take care of my sweet cravings after eating a meal. And its so yummy. Good texture and so soft.

I usually buy my fudge when I am in St. Augustine, Florida, freshly prepared and irresistible. Valley fudge was remarkably delicious and comes highly recommended!

It's not the fudge you're going to get at the mall fudge shop, but it scratches the itch. However, a critique I will make is that the fudge was entirely too soft and maybe a tad too sweet even for someone who has a sweet tooth like myself. Other than that, great selection of flavors and a good portion size.

The Boubon Maple Fudge tasted great....which is why I gave 3 stars. However, as you can see from the photo it was so soft and somewhat melted that the plastic knife had sunk down into the fudge.You need to ship this in ice. Especially if it is going to a very hot environment. Because of this, I probably will not order from this company in the future.
