The media could not be loaded. It graphs my pulse like the trace on a medical monitor in a hospital, so that I can see if it is even or erratic, and whether the pulse is stable or not.Its Pr BPM is perfectly accurate (I calibrated it against a stopwatch).Its SpO₂ is accurate, (based on my historical patterns). It also responds immediately to sudden changes.The display is bright blue and yellow colored fonts and trace-graph on a black background; it is very easy to read.AND IT IS SELF-ORIENTING! No matter which way you hold it, the display is right-side up (like when you rotate your phone). That is extremely convenient.It comes with a heavy duty protective case so you can carry it in your pocket or toss it in a pile.Be careful unpacking it. The wrist strap and the lanyard were wrapped so tightly that I couldn't unwrap them without cutting what I though was a shipping elastic. It actually was the lanyard cord. I need to make a new lanyard cord (if I ever feel the need).

Perfect pulse ox. Just what I was looking for when the one I've had for years broke. Great value for the money. Does everything you need it to do. Love the blue. Would recommend.

I purchased this at the recommendation of my wife so we could add it to our first aid kit. She is a nurse treating COVID-19 patients, so she is concerned that she could be exposed to the virus at some point. She wanted this because one of the earlier signs of being positive for COVID-19 is apparently having low SpO2 so this is simply a tool to help her check herself or me for possible early signs of the virus.She was quite happy with the little sensor, as the display auto-rotates depending on how you are holding it. This simply means you won't be having to try and read it upside-down if you have it on one hand opposed to the other.Another thing she was quite impressed with is that the display also shows the waveform of the pulse. According to her, this is useful as it can show if it is getting a good reading or not. Because the display is so small, the waveform isn't all that precise, but it is good enough for her to use it to improve readings.Also it is worth noting that while this obviously works on both my and my wife's fingers, we found it also works on our children's fingers (age 2 and 4). I have seen pulse-ox sensors specifically for children and while that might be more necessary for someone using it more often, this larger sensor works just fine for their smaller fingers, as long as they hold still and have their hand/finger resting on a table for stability. Results for them also look accurate so that was a very nice surprise.In these crazy times it seems having one of these in your first aid kit might be a good idea and the fact that they are inexpensive makes it a no-brainer.

I bought this to check my mother's spo2 levels quickly since she has moments where it goes down out of the blue. Its about the same size as the rest of the others out there. It reads quick, seems accurate and has a handy strap for the neck that is easy to disconnect it from if you need to grab it fast. The color is also really cute!

Love this has helped me so much with my anxiety add given me a peace of mind also and it comes with a cute little carrying case as well so it's easy to keep up with the numbers are also a good size and easy to read would highly recommend to anyone needing to purchase one of theses
