My cats LOVE this, so I do, too.
I've been feeding my two cats this food for over a year now (actually probably 2 years). They LOVE it. They have literally never not eaten this food the minute I set the plates down--which is good, because I'm paying an arm and a leg for this stuff. It's worth it, though, because my cats are healthy AF. They have the softest silky coats (they're medium/long-haired grey cats; probably a mix of maine coon & siamese--seriously, people comment on my cats' softness), strong claws that poke me whenever they make biscuits into my arm / stomach / thigh / shoulder / head / etc., and they're full of energy. They also don't get chin pimples (maybe that's because I don't use plastic dishes? do your own research). Their poops are healthy, albeit a little stinky, but I mean nothing compares to kitten poops, right? Like, they don't smell half as bad as kitten poops so can I really complain? No.About the food itself: it smells pretty gross, like all cat food does. Not fishy, because it's not fish. Ducky, I guess. I like to rinse the can before tossing it, to keep the fur demons from breaking into the trash, and to mitigate smells. It has very little 'gravy', because it's a pate. I'm told that gravy is not always "gravy" for cats--lots of salt or fillers, maybe (do your own research)? Anyway, pate is pate. It's a dense, solid, can-shaped blob of food. It's not little cubes of meat and carrots and rice in a sauce. This can is full of food, with a drizzle of sauce to keep it moist. So, I feel like I'm getting the most for my money compared to those gravy cat foods (even though my cats go nuts for that gravy stuff--like me with a fresh, hot cheese pizza). My cats have been eating this since graduating from kitten food, and I intend to keep feeding it to them until it makes me go broke, or until they change their minds about duck pate, or until the vet says stop.

My cats love this canned duck wet food!
They immediately start brushing up against my legs when they hear the pop when I open the can of wet food! There is never any leftovers for my 2 Maine Coons!

Only one of my cats would eat it. Unlike other cat food cans, the content would get stuck inside and not come out when you flip it over; you would need to use a spoon/fork to scoop it out. Otherwise, it seems to be a quality product.

Really good food for cats!!
Grain free as recommended by our vet. Very little fillers. The three cats like all the Merrick flavors. (though they are NOT fans of the chicken, but they will still eat it , begrudgingly)

Cats love it! UPDATED REVIEW: Damaged Cans
4/2020 Update: This product was not in stock for some time leading to the cancellation of my previous subscription. When I disco it was back in stock I decided to try again subscribe and save again. Unfortunately, a major problem I started having with the product towards the end of my last run with it from Amazon is already present. This is an issue of damaged and severely dented cans. I have several cans that are damaged to the point of compromising the seal and spoiling the contents. One can only surmise this to be the result of the case of cans being dropped or crushed at some point prior to being placed inside the box for shipping. Be aware of this prior to purchasing.ORIGINAL REVIEW: My 3 cats love this food. They would enjoy it more if I would give them a whole can each instead of mixing some of this one in with other food but such is their life.Even when one of the cats is a bit under the weather they never turn a bit of this straight out of the can down. To me, it makes a good stand-in for the more expensive critical care food when you're might not be feeling well. Just mash it up a bit and turn it into more of a slurry than a pate. The cat will eat it right up.

YUMMY!
Alley Kat loves this food. I purchased other flavors and she doesn't have a favorite. She comes running when she smells the wet and wonderous scents.

Expensive, but my cat loves it
My cat has Inflammatory Bowel Disease, so I'm always searching for limited ingredient, novel protein food that he likes. He loved the rabbit version of Merrick canned food, and I was pleased to find that he also likes the duck (which is a tiny bit cheaper). My only complaint is how expensive these are, but it's to be expected since there is probably a very limited market for these flavors and versions.
