Not that bad directions to assemble. Look at the picture carefully while doing so. The item "I" isn't listed where to go but once assembled it has a locking bar on the right (as laying down) that the item screws down on.The storage of the inversion table isn't bad but has no locking mechanism for the table the legs and table will move.

Sturdy product, I don't like the massage feature, it is too large, fits me poorly so it is uncomfortable and I hurt when I use it. Otherwise I love the inversion tale use it 2 or 3 times a day.

Works great, really helps my back.

So far ive found nothing i dont like about this machine. It is absolutely perfect. It does exactly what i needed it to. I sleep better longer and no tossing and turning. Its made a difference in all of my every day life too like bending and lifting. I recommend this machine a 100% to any one who has ever wanted one. Dont be affraid of buying the GOPLUS inversion table it is every thing it says it is. Id love to be able to buy one for every body in my famliy. Thank you GOPLUS for building such a well built amazing machine.

I am +315lbs and I needed a sturdy inversion table without breaking the bank. When I found this I was skeptical, but Ive had it for a couple of years now and it is one of the best products for the money I have ever bought. I fully recommend this table for the more robust consumer, haha. I fill safe and comfortable.

hubby likes it. i got on it and my back hurts worse. I'll KEEP TRYING IT, MAYBE IT'S NOT SET RIGHT YET
