how long does the installation take?

It takes a team of two fitness installers about 1.5 hours. A lot of time is taking it out of the boxes.

I dont understand do i need to buy an extra aluminum kit, whats wrong with the one that comes with machine?

The G5S comes with nylon pulleys. The aluminum pulleys mentioned are an upgrade. They are not needed or required. They mainly make the machine look nicer and are a bit smoother. The G5S does come with a Lifetime Parts Warranty from Body Solid so longevity of the standard pulleys should be no issue.

do you have instruction on fixing cabling if there is slack?

Hi, Cable slack may be adjusted where the cable attaches to the weight stack. I would recommend calling Body-Solid Support. They are excellent at walking people through the process.
