I have loved Dr Purser's true dedication to helping us all enjoy better health, whether through hormone therapy, essential oils, or understanding genetic defects. If the claims this book make for Glutathione are true, this is an amazing breakthrough!I'm currently taking VARS, I just need to be more consistent with taking it early enough in the morning to not interfere with eating, etc. Not sure if it's expected to make us feel differently, so not sure what to expect.As far as the book, most of it was repetitive, with lots of scientific basis (my science brained hubby will be more interested) to wade through. Although Dr Purser does give us some down to earth understanding as well. It's a quick read when you're not going through all the science.

This book really explained what Glutathione is. I love Dr. Dan Pursers books and his great work. I highly recommend all his stuff.

This tiny book has 41 small pages giving the definition and purpose of glutathione, 18 pages telling why only HIS glutathione works, and about 60 more pages that are copies of studies that used glutathione. (Not necessarily his glutathione) I could have done better with a little time spent on the internet, without the sales pitch.

Dr. Purser is so good at keeping things simple and explaining things. This is worth reading, it explains why glutathione is so Essential.

Dr. Dan Purser is a great Doctor and so is this book.He wants everyone to feel the best they can. I highly recommend him and his books.
