Fast, way cool looking and works pretty well!
Starts up quick, is snappy throughout and is customizable since its Android. I think its a lite version but still allows for apps and custom launchers. The screen is very nice, responsive and stands out from the rest!Easy to install and all antennas have plenty of cable length for running through the dash and up the pillars. There is no built in sim card slot so you will have to get a usb adapter for that.I use an iPhone and aside from playing music and calls over bluetooth there isnt much more functionality. USB detects on the iPhone but you cant tether using USB for internet. You are limited to turning on the Hotspot manually in order for the deck to be on the internet.Screen sharing is just mirroring from the iphone over hotspot. Works well just prefer to use the apps on the head unit instead of the iPhone.

Good first impression, but...
At first, I really liked this unit. It looks well designed and was easy to install. After using the device for a few months I cannot recommend this device for the following reasons.1. Slow CPU. Pauses streaming audio for 1 second when grabbing at work. When trying to enter directions with google maps, it is very slow to respond.2. Backup camera cannot be manually triggered.3. Built in am/FM radio can only be used with the default launcher.4. The default launcher does not allow removing the media player or large clock from the front screen.5. Making any changes to the launchers configured applications forces a rebbot.6. No way to reboot device without removing power, or performing #5.7. Micro sd alot disconnects often. Unusable as is.8. Support document provides little information on configuration.9. Volume buttons are difficult to find at night.10. Screen resolution is poor for a 10" device.11. Display is too bright at night, even when set at lowest "night" setting.12. Volume configuration and graphic equalizer are 3 and 4 menus deep.13. Bluetooth is difficult to setup.14. Cannot mirror android phone to this device, without using the add on software software, which frequently disconnects.15. +++

So Far Fantastic!
I purchased this radio to replace a 7" Android radio which I have had installed for 3 years. The old radio had several annoying bugs including losing all radio presets randomly and consistently reporting a 3 MPH speed overage via GPS. So far I have found no glitches or bugs in the new Eonon unit. The device is much faster than the previous radio which ran Android 4.2.2 and the screen displays a beautiful picture and is very responsive to touch and the larger size makes it very easy to see while driving. It came with minimal bloatware installed and I was able to delete the apps I did not want. The main wire harness of this unit comes with a male "ISO" plug which carries the wires for the speakers and power. It took me some time to figure out how to use the plug. Initially I thought I might have to cut it off. I finally realized I needed a female ISO harness, "DKMUS Universal ISO Car Radio Wire Cable Wiring Harness Stereo Adapter Connector Adaptor Plug Power and Loudspeaker Female" (search Amazon for it). This harness has pre-stripped wires which mate with a car specific Metra or other brand plug, in my case a 70-7552 for Nissan and Suburu. I ordered "100pcs Crimp B Wire Gel Filled Bean Type Connectors" which made for a very professional looking and secure wiring job. The last photo shows the harness ready to take to the car.A nice feature of the extra ISO female section of the harness is that it makes the wiring long enough so you do not have to hang the radio on the harness or try to balance it on the shift lever while hooking up antennas, cameras and so on. In my case the radio sat on the center console and I was able to power it up to make sure all was well before I inserted it into the dash.I had watched a good review and installation video on the South Hawk Computing Youtube channel prior to starting the install. I would recommend watching it prior to attempting an install unless you are an auto electronics expert. I also stole an idea from another video and powered the unit up in the house the night before i installed it using my car jumper battery's 12 volt output. I hooked the 12 volt always on and accessory wires (red and yellow) from the radio harness to the jumper's positive battery clamp and the ground (black) to the negative. I was able to do all the software setup, updating apps, downloading maps, etc, in the comfort of my home instead of sitting in the car. It was nice to know everything was working before doing the wiring and installation as well.I had had my previous unit professionally installed because I was intimidated by the complexity of the project. I am glad I did because the pro knew how to route the backup camera wires through my hatchback door and other tricks I might have never figured out. This time I looked at the wiring diagrams enough that I finally got reasonably comfortable with it all. Apparently I did OK as it all worked on the first try. I was able to reuse the backup and dash cameras. I had to replace the mic as it has different plug that the original. The radio antenna adapter from the old unit worked with the new radio as well.In summary I am very happy with this radio/GPS/tablet/etc. The quality seems to be very high. Assuming it is durable it is a great buy. I will try to provide an update after I have had more time with the unit. I will mention the the seller is very attentive. The same day I received the radio I got an email from the seller offering me a gift of either one of two backup cameras, a Bluetooth OBDII dongle or a home security camera. I took the OBDII dongle and so far am very pleased with it. it provides much more accurate data than my previous very cheap WiFi version.

Not the most effective use of funds for a car radio.
The touch screen is crappy. I took the protective paper off, but the screen surface is a few millimeters larger than the actual screen so there is always this potential to rip the top layer of the screen off when bushing against it. Illumination light died out after install (something to do with the wiring of where the screen meets the base I bet). I have two units now. They sent one to replace the other but it's still a poor system. System prompts are in poor English. "Please let of the network"? the radio continues to try to auto-tune itself so won't stay locked onto a station. There is no place to plug in steering wheel controls (most radios have a headphone jack that enables the steering control kit). I heart radio app fails on this device. When you have to turn down the music at say, while riding past a church or at a toll, the screen is very slow to respond. I want to return the item but I already installed the radio and the antennas and all that and I will have to tear apart my car again to get it all boxed up and shipped back. I know that there are good reviews on here and I wanted to believe them but it was a bad purchase for me.
