Supermicro Micro ATX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboards X10SLM+-LN4F-O

I am actively going through a support case with 2 types of memory to get all 32GB to POST. I am stuck at error 55 during POST when using the supported memory DIMMS. I hoping that I have a bad motherboard, because I have tried 2 different types of memory along BIOS upgrades and BIOS default resets and I'm unable to get beyond POST so far. If I remove 2 of the 8GB sticks on the 1a/1b slots, I'm able to POST, but unable to install any OS that I want ESXi 5.5/ESXi6.0/Windows 2012R2. All 3 OS's stop fault out after loading the igb modules.Two different problems1. 32GB so far doesn't work even with supported memory modules2. 16GB/8GB doesn't work as all installs die.I have also turned off all 4 on-board modules (i210 modules) and still bomb out during install. I'm at a complete loss at this point, and getting very soured with the support so far on this.By Weds of this week, I'll either have it fixed after 3 weeks, or move onto another product. So far ...not impressed/

This is an almost perfect board for my FreeNas system. 4 Intel-based Ethernet ports, 2 PCI-Express slots for my SATA controller and Expander. It supports Celeron-based chips and uses ECC memory which is pretty much a requirement for data storage in my opinion. I'm using this with theCrucial 16GB Kit CT2KIT102472BD160B. 16GB of RAM is fine with my setup, but it's nice to know I can add another 16 with a purchase of the same memory.Another benefit is the online IPMI management card this system has. It allows you to control the power of the system and use a virtual KVM for simple troubleshooting and break-fix.

Board was Dead On arrival with only half of the RAM slots working. Amazon did a quick replacement for me at no cost to me, and the replacement works fine. Very happy overall.
