Bought this for my husband who is 70, partially sighted and a technical dinosaur. After reading the instructions he was able to get it up and running. I say this not in a patronising way but to give an indication that if my husband can do this anyone can (his words). He is chuffed with the phone and now thinks he is tech savvy. He loves it.

Lacking applications
Unable to get the Audible.co.uk application, so I returned it.

Good for first time smart phone users. Key pad a bit difficult to use as letters are quite narrow and easy to mishit.
