Should come with a warning!
Decent price. Dangerous stuff. Suggest to wear a face mask and goggles when handling including when taking the baked goods out of the oven. The steam contains the evaporated ammonium bicarbonate. I got a hit with that in the face and swear could taste the stuff within my sinuses the following 2 weeks.And store upright, sealed tight, zip lock bag.

Just as great as the product I know from Norway for baking!
I am Norwegian looking for this product needed to bake Norwegian doughnuts and other Norwegian bakes. Super happy to get hold on it in UK!

Brilliant for biscuit making
I use this instead of sodium bi carbonate to avoid the bitter taste and my biscuits turned out crisp with a nice raise and snap

Use it for Cantonese pineapple bun , nice outcome , crunchy crust.

Essendo la confezione a vite, attenzione( a chi ha un odirato molto sensibile) al mantenere una buona distanza all'apertura del tappo, in quanto sprigiona il classico forte odore pungente.
