One candle never worked properly. 2 of them were noticeable dimmer than the rest, even on the "bright" setting. The timers worked on some, but never worked on others. Some would just stay on permanently. I tried many times, restarting all the timers at 5PM; half of them would go off after 8 hours, and half of them were still lit the next morning. Terrible quality. Another shortcoming is that these candles use AAA batteries, which have lower capacity than AA batteries. AA batteries would be much better for this application. I replaced these with the candles from Enchanted Spaces, which come with AA batteries included, are a bit brighter, and all the timers worked as they should. I would highly recommend you get the ones from Enchanted Spaces rather than these.

I'm surprised by the number of good reviews these get. They're not bright at all. I saw the few other comments about that and wrote them off since there were a lot of good reviews but I wish I hadn't ignored them. My house is right along the street and these lights still don't look good. I bought these right after Thanksgiving, used them for a month, and one already stopped turning on even though the batteries are new. Next year I'll be buying some better quality ones.

The product itself seems great and I would have been really happy with the product had all pieces been included. Package did not include any of the 10 suction cups. The package had also clearly been opened before, messily shoved back in the box, sealed and resold. Clear wrap was on some candles off the others, there was a little empty plastic cover that I’m guessing was meant for the remote which I found elsewhere. There was some cardboard looking structure inside that was all ripped up. Apparently you can’t get just the missing pieces sent to you. So amazon support said that they send me a new set. They even claimed it would be here in one business day ( I wasn’t really in a rush but that seemed cool) it hasn’t come yet ( days later). Good notes: When put together and turned on are very pretty. Time system and remote are cool features.

These are the best window candles out there! I bought two packs of 10, they all worked right out of the box and they were super easy to assemble. Directions were excellent. I especially like the flexibility of these - you can either use them with the cute little base they come with or put the candles directly in your own candelabra. Great choice; I’m just sorry I can’t order more as they are currently out of stock.

I work at a church and have 30 windows to fill. These did a wonderful job. It looked beautiful with the windows and the exterior lights. I took away a star just because the batteries did go in 2 weeks and as they go they get dimmer and dimmer. However, I did buy more expensive window candles last year which did the same, so it seems spending more money doesn't take away this problem. It does get a tad costly when you need 120 batteries though. I love the timer function and only having to worry about turning them on once (or twice when you change the batteries). Just remember to remove batteries when storing them for next year!!!

The biggest problem was the timer. I would set them all at the same time, they would turn off at the same time, but then they would all turn on at different times. No rhythm or reason. They were very dim and looked cheap. They ate up the batteries. Probably lasted 1-1.5 weeks only being on 4-6 hrs each night. But because the timer didn't really work correctly, I'm not really sure. Returned

These candles function as advertised. Each candle requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included.Please plan accordingly.The best product feature is the wireless remote and the ability to program the timer with ease.

Put brand new batteries in it lasted two weeks.. again put brand new (Energizer) batteries in within week and half they were all dead. It must drain the life out of batteries real quick. Real waste of money .
