EDIT: first day of use, the red band snapped. Got a huge bruise to prove it. I mean cmon! Now what?——-They seem good quality for the price. I doubt my weak ass body will snap these any time soon. There is no better peice at the moment for a combo like this ( I paid ~$26). I’m pretty sure they are all the same but people stamp different names to them to sell them at different prices. They serve my quarantine-home gym purposes perfectly! I rate 4/5 just cause they’re new, and bc they are not pristine (there is some dark staining in some of them, very faint and does not interfere with anything, but quality control wise they're not absolutely perfect). All in all a great investment! If you need handles I recommend the Bionic body set of 2, they’re excellent quality and come with carabiners. For door anchors, I recommend the FishYuan Quick Loops cause they’re for kayaks so they’re that much better quality than any cheap ass door anchor for resistance bands that come in those cheap ass kits. Buy all this and you’re all set for the same price as those cheap ass kits you know I’m talking about. Happy quarantine-work out!

2 of these Bands snapped while doing assisted pull-ups - blasting my boyfriend in the eye both times. BRAND new bands - they had not been 'sitting around'/'rotting away' - Maybe we got a bad bunch :( But just a warning - thank GOD he/we didn't fall and have something more serious happen.

The second strongest band broke on my very first time using it. Maybe 5 reps into a shoulder raise and it snapped. I was also not pushing the range of motion and did not even feel a strong enough stretch to warrant any band breaking. Pretty bummed because they looked strong and sharp and was very excited to use them

This is my first review on Amazon but after being extremely disappointed I felt a need to include my experience. About a week after receiving these bands the black band snapped. I tied it so that I could reuse it and decided to give the other bands a chance thinking maybe it was a fluke. The black one has now snapped multiple times, which has been dangerous under load. The red one is close to snapping as seen in the picture and the green one has already shown signs of tearing with use not more than a few times. After giving the bands multiple chances I don’t recommend it at all. Spend a little more money and get bands that won’t snap after minimal use.

Price is great as is quality. I’ve been using these for about one month plus and so far so good. I’ve been incorporating them into shoulder stability exercises as well as using them for assisted pull-ups. As of now they are a 5 out of 5.

It was hard to find a set of bands that distinguished itself from the rest, but I am happy with the purchase. Each band coems with latex bands to store them, and the only complaint I would have is that they stored them too quickly during production, so they have outer coating blemishing for when the top layer sticks to itself when bounded.

Only the second tame workout with these bands and one is already tearing. Glad I noticed this before it could actually snap while in use. Went for a bargain purchase and got what I paid for. Update: adding stars for customer service. New replacement received right away upon return of damaged product.

I use resistance bands instead of weights and these fit the bill for the job. As long as you don't nick them with any sharp edges, they will last a long time. I need high resistance and I really work these bands, whether I am standing on them or pulling, these bands have held up well. Yes! I say buy them because they work as well as my Cell D'Tox. Very happy.
