I had a few bugs and glitches....I needed to download some drivers formy scaner and keybord and mouse. And at first Ithought the DVD player didn't work. Its a fast system, but you need to be careful opening and closing the DVD player. Other than that great pc for the price.

Product was okay for what it cost for the first year. Nothing too slow or too fast. But after very light use a year and a few months in the monitor constantly shuts off and on making it completely unusable. I would say we used this computer maybe 12 times in the year as it was just a spare for some online selling we wanted to do. Now its outside of its warranty period and basically useless.

Works great for basic home use.

Loads fast and works great so far, after one month of daily use, don't like having to purchase word document and office, which I won't.

It works okay. It was good off the start then started slowing down drastically with no reason. Does not perform to its specs, kind of disappointing but will make it work.

It's desk computer and it's at home only for pay bills. Never work good . I think that was internet the problem but not it's the computer

Sound did not work on the machine initially. I called HP and amazon and received no useful help. Finally, we contacted a friend who suggested a windows update. After that, the machine works properly and the sound works.

I thought it was coming with a cordless mouse and keyboard as with every unit with this model number from others vendors I had researched. Next time I will read the fine print and that explained why it was "cheaper" than other vendors.
