Great product! My go to anytime I need to get cameras installed.

Great set up added 4 extra cameras with no problems.

Bought this camera system after 3 months, it stop working. They refuse to replace it. spent hours on tech support to prove it wasn't working. Kept telling me they will escalate and trying things like plugging into 5 different wall sockets to prove that my sockets werent broken. I gave up. Last swann product i will buy. They still refuse to send me a replacement until i completed all the tech support requirements. I gave up. They wore me down to the point it was easy just to buy a new one.

Great Camara

It's a very useful DVR. The pros are the cameras, really high definition, the easy internet setup and the small space it needs. The cons are no phisicall manual and this DVR is no compatible with older Swann cameras, that's the worst because I planned to add some cameras I had and didn't work.

I love it

Motion detection alarm goes off all day and night for no reason and doesn't sound when there really is something there. So irritating

The system stopped working completely in less then 6 months, unable to reach anyone at swann for assistance. The app doesn't work. Night vision is not clear. The part that upsets me over all is that the system completely stopped working (no lights on system, no power being received). Very disappointing to spend so much money on and time installing a system that failed in such a short amount of time.
