Product provides the perfect boost before or during a workout without the sugars that other supliments contain. Because of the barley ingredient I would recommend blending it instead of shaking.

Vitargo gets me through two a days and lets me recover faster for hard workouts tomorrow.
Vitargo S2 is great. I tried to grape flavor before, it is pretty good, however I like to add protein for recovery drinks as well. I've found that I prefer the unflavored version and when I do take it as a pre-workout or intra-workout mix I just add some mio flavoring to it and it tastes great. Sometimes it clumps up a little, but not too bad if you add it and shake well. I don't recommend using a blender ball, it seems like the supplement clumps around the blender ball more than it would if it was just shaken in a cup alone.It is a bit expensive, so you really need to put the work in to make it feel worth the money. I feel noticeably better and recover noticeably better when I'm using this product. To the point where I am injury free and training harder day after day. People are afraid of carbs and I think I'd be wary to just pound a bunch of sugars, but Vitargo has been a staple to my workout regiment.Highly recommend!

Doesn't Dissolve easily. Must use a blender. Tastes OK, but not good for mixing on the fly during endurance events.
Bought this and used it for about 6 months. I am not a fan. VERY suyrupy and does not mix well in a sports bottle. Clumps and does not dissolve at the mix ratios on the bottle. Clogs up the bottle spout and tends to clump at the bottom. Net net....the carbs in it are good, in that they are not sugar, but it does not dissovle well without a blender, which makes it unusable for me on a long endurance rides. Hammer Nutrition Heed and Perpetuum are much better.

I was recommended this product by an employee at GNC. We talked about nutrient timing and how carbs are essential to maximizing performance in the gym, specifically consuming them at times before, during, and after your workout. He recommended I try it and ever since I did, I've been loving it! I've had no negative effects, no fat gains, or drops in energy. In combination with protein at a 4-1 (carb to protein) mix as directed by a book I read, "Nutrient Timing" by John Ivy, and Robert Portman, I have had a lot of success in strength and muscle gains along with more energy and less fatigue after working out, and therefor better recovery.

I take Dark Rage, have tried others after Rage, and I find Dark Rage suits me better, but I get either forearms or quads cramps after my workouts. I've always believed in carbohydrate replenishing immediately post workout, years ago CarboFuel by Twinlab was my choice, and Vitargo GENR8 S2 my new one. It seems S2 alleviates my cramps as well. I also find it great tasting and filling. I used to take 2 servings 1/2 hr to 45mnts apart, I now take 1 full serving divided in two, 1/2hr apart, after another post workout drink, all w/in 1 1/2hrs post workout.

Should have done more research...
instead of buying this eat a handful of gummy bears right after your workout. If you still feel like you need to spend $150 on this, instead go to the store buy some gummy bears, than go home and lite $140 on fire. you'll get the same result.

Great Starchy Carb
I use this just about every day in my pre/post workout shake to help me get the starchy carbs I need without the sugar. Tastes good. I use an immersion blender to mix it well and keep it from clumping.
