The advertisement clearly depicts the entire alphabet and numbers 0 thru 9. Perfect! These 1" inch letters and numbers were exactly what I was looking for. I ordered 2. That would give me the letters needed to spell " IMPALA " for a custom license plate on my new car. When the order finally arrived, it only contained two number ( 1 ) one inch emblems and a ( airfreashener ). After multiple email exchanges, I could not imagine only receiving two emblems ( I don't need) and an airfreashener.... really!? No, I don't require a refund. I just want this shopping experience to be over.

Ordered a red letter. It came chipped, and the paint came smudged. Legitimately looks like a 2 year old was given a can of spray paint and made it run. I ended up plasti-dipping this thing black and am dealing with the fact that it still looks like garbage. Go to walmart or home depot and find letters yourself, don't be lazy and order this crap online.

Product is size and looks like someone could use it. But if you look at all their pictures, four of them, you could assume you get all the letters. Wrong you get ONE of what you pick. It says size but really means what letter do you want for your money. Size has nothing to do with it. So at this cost if you wanted to spell out your name like Mike it will cost you a small fortune. So save your money or order each letter separate.

I tried to order 2 inch but no way to add that. So the 1 inch is ok for close up. Otherwise would be a 5 star. GO CMSU
