I loved the purse it worked great for maybe 3 days and then all of a sudden my main zipper came off track and when I tried to put the zipper back on I came to realize the zipper it self was completely broken and even the zippers on the inside kept coming off track. I don’t have my bag over packed at all I’m just very disappointed because this is the exact same reason I ended up even getting a new purse in the first place. I know you can always buy knew zippers but still it shouldn’t have broken that easily.

Stitching is strong and straight. no weird smell. Zipper is easy to use. I love the retro look and plan on using this is my day bag in the summer.

Disappointed by the size. It's much smaller than advertised, only measuring 18 x 14.5 x 1 when stretched to its maximum size. I bought this as a laptop bag and my journal, expecting by the manufacturer size that there would be more than enough room. The laptop barely squeezes inside, and the entire shape of the bag changes as a result.They label it gray, but it's really a light, low saturated brown. I don't dislike the color, but I wouldn't call it gray. The long strap is fine for a shorter person, but too short for my style. Also, the straps attached to the bag arrived all twisted and curled, and are of a type of plastic that keeps springing back to the twisted state, looking really messy and poor quality.Sorry to say, this is a return for me. The little things I could have worked around (it's a lovely looking bag and seems sturdy otherwise) but the sizing being too small was a deal breaker for my needs.

I looked quite a bit until I found this purse. Such good quality for a reasonable price.

I was leery about ordering this as it was a substitution for another bag I really wanted but wasn't willing to pay the price. I was NOT disappointed.

Only had it for a day and the metal connectors and leather for the shoulder straps broke. Yes, I know I could return it, but the handles are holding up just fine and I do like the rest of the purse. The only thing I wish it had was more pockets/deeper pockets &/ dividers. Otherwise, the purse looks exactly as pictured and is ok. Had the shoulder strap portion not fell apart, I would have easily given this purse five stars.
