Items should be in manufacturers packaging and within expiry date. I would not have purchased this product if I had known that wasn't what was being sent. I tried to call you today, the number on your letter is not correct and rings out as no longer an active telephone line. This is extremely poor customer service. Please send me full refund and I will return the product at your expense.Very disappointed, fortunately the black ink I bought from a different supplier was fine.Gill Cochrane

Have tried other makes of suitable refills but they don't last as long compared with the genuine refill. Also my printer often rejects non standard refills and can't tell the ink level status.

As you would expect, fully compatible with HP device and management software.

HP is a reliable brand and one I always use.This supplier sent me two envelopes to recycle used cartridges. A nice idea!

after previous purchases of buying cheaper inks and not being impressed, I decided to return the HP genuine inks which are far superior and I am happier with the results, the ink arrived on time, well packaged I would recommend HP inks to anyone who wants quality, I know the purse strings are tight, but you do get what you pay for, I am sticking with the genuine HP inks.

It's printer ink so you want it to print, last a reasonable time and not clog up the nozzles after a few days of inactivity. Does all of the above as required, so can't fault the product.
