This microwave rocks
I loved all the little features. Such as the reminder ding that let's you know you have left something in the microwave. Also the economy feature that puts the microwave into stand by mode, which saves on energy. And finally, the white color with the black numbers makes it easy to read.

Great little microwave that you can't mute
Bought this a few weeks ago, its working fine, but beware of the shortcut buttons on it, they tend to cook a little higher temperature than I'm used too (for instance the soften/melt button will turn a stick of butter into liquid butter if left to its own devices and the Reheat button will nuke your item for a solid 4 minutes which 2 minutes would have sufficed). Also the beep sound on ours is beginning to sound as if its slowly weakening, I keep trying to will it to death, as there is no mute option on this microwave. The best thing about this microwave: You push 1, you push 00 and hit start, there is no stupid "cook time" button (seriously Kenmore, Whirlpool, why else would we push numbers on the microwave?!?!)Pros:Cooks very wellDoes not have the stupid "Cook Time" button, you just dial in the numbers and hit StartVery lightweight, I installed it soloHas great lighting inside and outExhaust works wellIts not made by Kenmore, Whirlpool, Maytag or any other cookie cutter manufacture in the USACons:No mute optionShortcut buttons are set too high in temperature (turns things into nuclear char)

Don't bother buyi g
Don't bother buying Samsung. I had it 2 weeks snd it wouldn't heat. They replaced it and just after the 1 yr warranty the door wouldn't catch (or close). They would not warrant the purchase even when it was just a couple weeks past a year.

Handle broke off after a week (probably not typical)
I got one of these last weekend. Today when I tried to open it, the handle came off but the door didn't open. It turns out the handle is entirely plastic with two little screws attaching it to the door. Two very small stress points, which both broke free at the same time while trying to pull open the rather stiff door.Seems like a good basic microwave otherwise.I looked around several retail sites for reviews and, as far as I can tell, nobody else (out of ~700 reviews) complained about the handle breaking off. So hopefully it's just a fluke.Further browsing shows that several sites explicitly state it has an aluminum handle, so the plastic one I got might be a new thing or a factory trying to reduce costs in unfortunate ways.Anyway, am currently trying to get a replacement...

Great microwave.
Nice design. Looks nice in kitchen. Easy to install. 1000 watts provides fast heating. Only issue is that that the control panel is not real responsive. You have to push keys hard and in precise position for them to work. This may just be an issue in this one only. Otherwise great product.
