the figures are great well sculpted and a nice touch for the game. Just note the bases are NOT colour co-ordinated as is suggested in the main pictures on Amazon, in fact the bases are black. It is not a major problem but better to know this in advance. Look at the picture of the actual package for a more accurate sense of the figures. My only other quibble, having bought several, is the yellow expansion is more an orange than yellow, However all the others blend well with the colours in the game and though not essential they do add to visual enjoyment and also add a few extra cards -20 different ones in each expansion- nice but to be honest perhaps an expensive way to expand the game!- believe the cards will be released separately in near future. -just to update, having used only a few times -the figures have proved more fragile than I imagined with several having broken off their stands requiring them to glued back on - so dropped a star given cost..if you just want cards there are now expansions for the revised version of Agricola that provide just new cards - but not the ones in the figure packs -at present.
