Has anyone actually found these to be useful for teething?

Mine did chew on them but not sure it would help teething or not. My cats are older

Any recommendation on how to clean these?

I've given it some thought..because after a fair bit of chewing etc the toys look pretty grim! I think I'm going to just one of them give a quick gentle hand wash in the sink with warm water only and a spin dry in machine, and air dry. It seems the most delicate way without losing the catnip scent.

How long does the catnip last?

Only a few days But I find the same with all catnip toys I have a spray to refresh them
