Beautiful picture. I believe in this one Mr. Lippincott painted himself. He was my 1st husband's great uncle. My granddaughter has inherited the talent. Grandma is so proud of her. I've often thought that someone should write a book or do a movie about his life. He was world famous. He had salons in Paris and New York. And he made a lot of money at it. Most painters die broke, but he actually became wealthy. Besides being an artist, he was a very good businessman.
