First it was delivered extremely fast. Ordered on Saturday night 11.56pm and delivered next morning Sunday! Wow wish all deliveries were like that!1. Super fast delivery2. Easy to set up. Download the V app, input your mobile number. Confirm with pin. This was tricky as everytine i opened my messages, and then back to V app i had to start again! Got round this by having all windows open to view. Insert sim card into watch. Once paired they are ready to go.3. Really clear messages up to 30secs recordings. Surprising how much can be said in 30secs!4. Daughter loves the voice changer and game . It also has reminders on it which i havent read how to set yet.5. Its construction seems strong enough. Protected with cover on buttons. The watch strap and cover removed with 2 tiny locks on strap.6. The charging point is brilliant as magnetic so no fiddly plugs that can be easy broken.7. Location gps is very accurate near my home. Not tried it yet as off to Spain for holiday.8. Battery. Seems to last but not used it long it enough to fully comment yet.Overall i am really impressed with it. Its not got as many features as some but does great at what it does offer...piece of mind for my daughter and I.I'll update on battery and gps when back off holiday

I am not one to usually leave any negative reviews. A few little issues I can usually deal with. However, this watch is completely and utterly ridiculous. I brought it for my 3-year-old son who often runs away and who I often worry will become lost. I brought the watch because I thought, in the horrible situation we are at a very busy place, and he runs off and I can't find him anywhere, I would simply be able to look on the app and see where he is. However, the accuracy of the watch is beyond ridiculous. Quite often. I am next to him, and I look on the app and he is more than two miles away. I looked at it last night when he was tucked up in bed and he was actually in a RAF airfield. I have labeled this review as dangerous because that's what it is. If he did go missing at the fair, and I look on the app and I see that he is in a car park a mile away. I am then in a situation where either I go to that car park and the horrendous idea that he has somehow managed to get there, or I ignore it and look for him with the worry in the back of my mind that he might not be there. I tried to call customer support, and then tried writing to them on their WhatsApp page. They were very helpful when I said I was having a few technical difficulties with the accuracy of the GPS. But when I said that I wanted to refund suddenly all forms of communication stopped. I tried to ring the hotline number and it tells me that I have dialed an incorrect number. I have messaged them three times asking them for a refund and I have received no reply. I am now stuck with a watch which is absolutely rubbish as well as a £4 a month contract.Please do not get this watch.

Once the product is all set up it really is a good piece of kit, it takes little time to go through the process with the Vodafone SIM but it is worth doing. It is easy to voice message and gives me peace of mind with the SOS function built in, the games are a good feature to keep the little one entertained. The GPS tracking works well with the Vodafone signal and no problems so far.

There are sparks of greatness in this product, and then there are sparks of it being a bit crap too.On the plus side it's well designed, stays on your kid's wrist and the bands are easy enough to change should they break.The setup is a royal pain and required two apps, a subscription to a vodafone sim for £4 a month and a call to technical support - which turns out to be run by Alcatel.This was a bit of a let down as with this kind of product you'd expect simplicity.One set up you can customise the colour of the watch face and the type. Plus it's easy for your kids to use. You can tell it's old tech though, the menus are slow, the screen pixelated etc.The GPS tracking works well, but the 1-2 day battery life means you'll need to have a kid that charges it every night. Our nephews who kindly helped me test this were a bit meh about it. They thought it looked a bit childish. Ironic given they are only 11. The other thing they didn't like was you could only send voice messages, which they said would be a bit embarrassing if their friends were around. As a parent I'm sure it's useful to be able to stay in touch, but I can't help thinking a basic mobile would be more effective.One last mention of the TLC app which drives the watch is you can set times to block features such as games and chat throughout the school day but it still leaves a fair amount to be desired.I don't think I'd recommend this.

Son loves his new smart watch. Well made, location accuracy not always the best but my iPhone XS Max is sometimes off too. The general location coupled with voice notification should be enough if we needed to local our son. Worthy purchase if you can buy it on offer like I did. Not to sure it’s worth the full RRP.Setup isn’t straightforward so be prepared to spend sometime setting it up.

This either gave a position from a time that made it irrelevant, or from a location that was impossible...If my child was indoors, it said he was sitting in a field 400m away, if he was outside, it'd tell me where he was and where he went an hour beforehand... (With the occasional visot to the field)...You'd be better off giving your child a cheap phone with Google family app on it!

Lo primero que quiero decir después de leer todas las opiniones: NO es necesario usarlo con la SIM de Vodafone que viene en la caja!!Funciona con tarjeta de cualquier compañia, el móvil es libre! Lo que si te recomiendo es que le quites el PIN con cualquier movil normal, es más comodo sin el PIN y la verdad que no tiene mucha utilidadEl dispositivo cumple perfectamente con todas las expectativas: funciones muy bien implementadas como mensajería de voz y emoticonos, pantalla tactil de calidad, muy buen sonido en la comunicación, duración suficiente de la batería, materiales y acabados de gran calidad y una App para controlarlo desde el movil que funciona impecable!La relación calidad precio, por debajo de los 60€ es increible! Hay relojes de este tipo de origen Chino (aunque comercializados por empresas españolas como OkyWatch) que valen casi 80€ y quedan muy lejos de la calidad de este AlcatelMuy recomendable para niños entre 7 y 11 añosSaludos a todos

Como bueno la pantalla se ve bastante bien, mejor que otros que he probado la correa tiene un tacto de silicona que gusta. Como malo1° no tiene GPS aunque ponga en el anuncio que si. Tiene LBS no es nada exacto, si lo quieres para encontrar lo en caso de pérdida... este no es tu reloj. No tiene función de llamada. No puedes llamar al reloj, solo mensajes de audio. Los fondos de pantalla muy muy infantiles y más de niñas que de niños. Solo tiene el juego del hámster ya que lo otro es una calculadora y un juego que no reproduce el sonido así que no va.Como bueno.... con la targeta de vodafone se ha conectado enseguida a la red, muy rápido.La verdad esperaba más funciones o mejores por ese precio. Los hay más baratos y con más prestaciones.

Hace tiempo vi este producto (aunque una versión más avanzada) y me gustó! El modelo en la web de TLC no está a la venta aún y por eso he comprado este.Es un producto de buena calidad que cumple todas ls características indicadas y funciona muy bien.La batería dura dos dias más o menos (sin mucho uso puede llegar a tres incluso) y tiene GPS (hay muchos que la localización solo la hacen por la telefonía).Los juegos son el de los topos, uno que distorsiona las voces y una calculadora; lo pongo porque no lo he leído en ningún sitio.Los tengo funcionando con la tarjeta de Simyo perfectamente y la App hay que instalar TLCMOVE (ojo que manda un email que entra en spam)Todo perfecto, recomendable.

Después de crear una cuenta con “demasiados” datos personales, incluido escaneo de DNI, tarjeta de crédito, entrada de códigos, me dice que la tarjeta no es válida. Es frustrante, una basura. Me siento estafado.Me han enviado otro rápidamente (rápida respuesta, agradecido), pero sigo igual, me sale él mismo mensaje al final

Tengo un hijo de 8 años muy inquieto, con algunos miedos como todos los niños, participamos en eventos familiares que nos llevan a través de todo tipo de áreas urbanas y rurales, playa, campo y aventura. El GPS funciona al 100% en exteriores y podemos mantenernos en contacto todo el día, incluso en caso de accidente, un radio de 30 metros (máximo que vi, generalmente de 7 a 10) le permite al niño encontrarse rápidamente. En la escuela o en las actividades, permita un contacto rápido y efectivo para dejar recordatorios o advertir sobre un cambio en la rutina diaria o incluso informar un retraso. El servicio de atención siempre tiene un costo para el servicio de datos móviles.
