Package Delivered Incomplete & On Wrong Day
Despite the promise of a great UI which ostensibly creates customer delight by allowing the customer to choose the day and time of delivery, the product was delivered a day earlier than I wanted. Also only one out of two packages for assembly were delivered. There was no option of asking for the second part to be delivered. I was forced to return it as that was the only option. Quite disappointing from Amazon and Urbanladder.
