Coleman 2000007483 MadDog GearAll Weather Protection ATV Cover

I really like this cover. I was using a tarp and bungee cords until it arrived. It covers my King Quad 750 almost to the bottom of the wheels with a mirror on the front and a box/trunk on the back. It's really easy to put on and the elastic cord is strong but not too strong to put on. The elastic feels like it's about 3/8" bungee. It is packaged in a Coleman box with the Mad Dog name on the box also which is a Coleman brand name. The Mad Dog label is on the front of the cover. Another reviewer was correct in that there is no pouch as described and no hooks on the bottom. But hooks are not needed with the great elastic arrangement and would just be in the way and of no use anyway. As for the "heat resistant material sewn under cover as partial liner" I haven't examined it yet, but I do know the underside has a different surface than the topside. Whether it's a separate liner or not I haven't yet determined. One thing I did notice is that when it rains there's water between the cover and the top of the box/trunk but the rest of the ATV is dry. Perhaps the "water resistant" statement (on the box I think) isn't really true where the cover is in contact with something underneath. In any case, I don't really care about the water as I mainly want protection from the tropical sun where I live. Again, with the elastic around the bottom of the cover makes it really easy to put on and it's on securely and isn't going anywhere. I really like the fact that it protects my tires from the sun. If/when this cover gets destroyed by the sun I'm definitely getting another one. Beats a tarp and bungee cord by a mile.Update 12/10/2014 - I checked the cover's underside and in fact it does NOT appear to have a "sewn in" piece of material for heat protection. The underside does have some kind of coating that is probably the "rain resistant" part.

Fit my 2017 Polaris Sportsmen 570 very well. The cover comes almost all the way to the ground. I leave my ATV on a trailer outside during hunting season so this cover does the trick to keep most of the elements off of it. I have found water under it on the seat. Mostly after melting snow. I would call it water resistant, not water proof. It also blew off during a wind storm even with a few bricks on it to keep it from flapping. The cover did not tear so durability is above expectations. The wind can make it flap as it seems there is a little too much room in the seat area. I expected this as it is a generic cover and not specific to my model. Overall it is a nice cover and would recommend purchasing.

2016 Yamaha Kodiak 700eps2" lift on 28" tiresThis is a bigger bike and it's hard to find a cover that works without trying to continually second guess it's fitment. Being on the gulf coast, the sun and salt do a lot of damage and do it well.First impression, it's nice and feels of a thicker material which gives me hope it will last. Once I opened the packaging, I found it was inside a nice bag and wrapped well.I'm not the most graceful, but it didn't take me much effort on my own to put this cover on. The hardest part was finding the front and back and then turning it so it would slide on properly.With the lift and larger tires, it slides over and comes all the way down to about 3-4" from the ground. I'm sure that a stock vehicle, or one on smaller tires this cover will completely cover tires and all.Overall, I'm impressed. I see a lot of "MadDog" gear on Amazon when searching for stuff to add next. I will be looking more into this brand.

(I like this cover so much, I'm writing the review within an hour of putting it on my wheeler.)After reading the positive reviews, I bought this for my 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin. I have the winch on the front, with no additional gear other than front and rear factory racks. This cover fits the whole thing with NO stretching at all. It goes the whole way down around all four tires completely. Living here in Alaska with so much sunlight in the summer, it's really important to protect the tires from UV rays.Considering the relatively low price, I found this to be a MUCH better cover than I expected. The seams are stitched well, the material is fairly thick, and even the bag is built well. The elastic along the bottom was fairly strong, and keeps a good grip around the whole thing. Sure, it's not a trailer-able cover, but by the time I'm done riding in an Alaska muskeg, covering the wheeler for the trip home is just plain stupid!Being a Coleman product is also a big plus. As a scout leader I own a lot of Coleman gear, and anytime there is a problem their customer service has always been very good and fair.Go ahead and buy this with confidence...it's a great deal!

Absolutely fantastic cover! Very easy to store and very easy to put on the machine. It's also light weight from a carrying perspective but heavy duty enough to protect the machine. Putting it back into the bag isn't even that difficult, you just keep shoving and just when you think you couldn't possible shove it anymore it keeps going! ha. I put this on a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI with a big wheel kit and a Kolpin 4447 Legacy ATV Storage Box with Backrest and it fit great. The elastic cord went perfectly to the bottom of the tires. The elastic bungie cord in the cover feels like a fairly robust 3/8" cord. This was a must have when I was up hunting because it kept the snow off of the unit so i had a nice and dry machine in the morning. The wind was also whipping hard and the cover stayed on with no issues at all. As many others have pointed out, it doesn't have a Coleman logo on it, it has a Mad Dog logo on....but who cares. The functionality and quality speaks for itself. Definitely recommended!

I was looking for a cover that could be used full time outdoors. I read the description, and reviews and thought this might be it. I asked a question to the buyers and got a positive response. So I ordered it. I was surprised at the small size of the box. Having it on my quad right now, it's thickness and quality is about the same as the covers you get for the same price at Canadian Tire. So, like the cover I paid $150 for two years ago, having been destroyed by the sun and snow, now in the trash; I am hoping for at least 2 years out of this one before before the elements destroy it. I should add, I never trailer my ATV with a cover on it, just wash it when I get home. My covers always come off in the same physical location they went on. I gave this an "it's okay" rating, because based based on the product description, I expected a much heavier fabric. This is not a bad rating, okay is still okay.Update: I put this cover on in May and it's now mid July, 9 weeks of use.. The Quad has not moved. The cover is still in one piece, albeit extremely faded on top.

Wasn't sure what to expect when first ordering but once I opened it and got it on the quad I was very pleased. The material appears to be much more durable than my previous cover I got from Canadian Tire at three times the price and only lasted two years. Also I have a polaris sportsman 570 with the extra seat on storage mounted on the back and this cover still reached right to the ground all around the entire machine.

A little thinner than I had expected and does allow moisture through, however keeps most of the elements out. Fits my Can-Am Outlander well with a large cargo box on the back.

The media could not be loaded.  Excelente protector de la marca coleman en verdad me gusto mucho de muy buen material y bien resistente al principio estaba indeciso pues no sabia con exactitud las medidas y lo queria para una cuatrimoto con caja ( yamaha grizly 800), para mi suerte y basandome tambien en resenas de amazon usa quedo a la perfeccion.A pesar de no tener para elejir talla (como otras marcas) la talla unica de esta marca y esta linea (maddog) es la mas grande equivalente a XL pues quedo muy bien y para muestra mejor dejo un pequeno video y unas fotos, un saludo y espero la resena te sea de utilidad abrazo.grande.

Es talla extra grande. Los materiales son excelentes y tiene el logo de MAD DOG al frente para poder ubicar el lado correcto al colocarla. La he usado en el exterior en lluvia y puedo decir que no le entra nada de agua (incluso si se queda con bolsas de agua).Yo la uso en una Outlander Max XTP con accesorio der maletero adelante y a tras y la cubre perfectamente (incluso con el asiento del pasajero y retrovisores).No me arrepiento de esta compra.
