Beautiful & Comfortable - Challenging to Put Together!
This hammock was purchased as a surprise for a friend. She LOVES it! It's really pretty to look at and very, very comfortable. It was also easy to remove the hammock part when a windy storm was in the forecast. They put 4 hooks up on the ceiling of their garage and stored it there until the weather improves. What was not awesome were the instructions - basically the tiny little pictures and numbers/letters on the 3 pages were useless. The pictures did not always match what came in the box and we were just guessing on some of the pieces. It was MUCH easier to look at the photos on the Amazon page. We zoomed in on those a lot and eventually got it together. Took 5 adults a total of 3 hours! You just need to put the directions back in the box. The product itself is A-mazing!

My new place to hang out.
It was not as hard to put together as other people had stated. ( Maybe it's because my husband is in the construction business and puts things together all the time.) It's so durable and very comfortable..

Not worth the money!!
Not worth the money!! Poor materials (wood pieces cracked, warped, and splitting). Poor instructions (not even close to showing the actual pieces in the kit, poorly drawn, whole portions of assembly skipped). You need some imagination, foresight and patience to assemble. Once assembled it doesnt feel sturdy. Certainly can not hold the 500 pounds it claims!!!

Terrible customer service
My husband bought me this for my birthday last June (2023) the crossbar for the hammock broke (must have been a weak spot to begin with). Also 5 out 10 of the canopy fasteners came off causing the canopy to hang loose. I reached out asking for a replacement crossbar and got not response from them at all. I then reached out on Amazon and was told that I didn't purchase the warranty so therefore it was not covered. I would think that being only 6 months old that they would back their product up for at least a year considering they talk about how well built it is. I have gone to their website to try and purchase a new canopy and crossbar with no luck. I would not recommend to anyone!

Will not recommend
The product just looks great, but it takes a lot of effort to assemble it and we didn’t get all parts. Had big time problems to communicate with seller and get parts to finish assembling.

Not durable enough for the price
The canopy is very comfortable and looks great in the yard. When new, it is resort quality. Unfortunately, the fabric on the hammock and on the cover only lasted 3 Western New York seasons. During the third summer, the top began to tear off. All of the velcro straps that hold it on ripped off and the fabric became brittle. After several tries at repairing it, the same started to happen to the hammock. This unit was outdoors from May til October and then stored indoors for the winter. The wooden frame is so nice that I will attempt to make a new cover and hammock for it, but if you are not handy, then this might not be the right choice for you.

Easy to naturally figure out how to set up
Comes exactly as shown and was exactly what I wanted. Easy to naturally figure out how to set up. Only issue was I had to drill some more depth into 4 of the 40(?) holes that were drilled in order to allow the bolt to go through the hole enough to allow the nut to grasp it.

This was awesome, until it wasn't
Had less than a year and the fabric tore. It was heavy duty and beautiful it seemed, but if you live in a climate that gets very wet and then dry and windy (aka the Midwest) i would recommend taking the bed and cover down in the non-summer months and tying the bed up at an angle after use in those months so water can drain off if it rains. If it rains, it FILLS with rainwater and distorts the fabric otherwise. DON'T leave it out year-round, even though it said it was sturdy enough to withstand all year weather, and DO treat the wood regularly. Otherwise, it will end up shredded and rotting in your yard after less than a year. Would love to know where I can get a replacement bed (just the fabric) bc it was great while it lasted. Now it's a $700 eye sore in my yard.
