When I first chipped this case out of the package and wrapped my phone it it, I was fairly pleased. My disappointment came when it came time to charge my phone & was unable to fit my charger cable into the port - it was too small. Fortunately the hubby had a dremmel tool that I used to make the opening of the case around the port large enough that I could fit the cable into the phone and get it charging. The next day I noticed that my phone was getting hotter than usual when I used it for surfing the Internet. I ended up shutting the phone off several times trying to remedy this issue, but ended up taking the case off, to pull the back off the phone, and yank the battery out to let it cool down for a bit before putting it all back together. I've since decided to just leave the phone out of the case, as this seemed to be an issue every time I put it back in the case. I don't know if the magnet has something to do with it, or if the case has anything to do with it at all. May its just the battery and my old phone??? But this was my experience, for your info.

I bought this case to replace another that had cracked due to the need to remove every time I wanted to use headphones or charge my phone. The description specified roomy ports for charger, etc, so I thought it wold be great. The case itself is great and a bit more flexible than my last one, so taking it on and off doesn't seem to run the same risk of cracking as my old one. But, alas, the phone can't be charged or have headphones connected while the case is on. I have tried multiple headphones (with differently shaped jacks) and multiple chargers, but none will connect while the case is in place. It's still a nice little case and I use it daily, just not while listening to music or charging the phone.

The pleasant surprise I got when the case came, was the ring that can flip up at the back of the case. I have seen pop-out-holders at the back of phone cases, but for me that would add even more weight to a larger phone; therefore I would never get one. The ingenious way that this holder - a ring that flips up and can turn 360 degrees - is built in to the case is really neat! The textured surface of the case is slip-resistant and looks elegant, as do the narrow strips of black non-slip material on the top and bottom of the case. I think they will also keep these edges from wearing down and breaking. A very attractive and sturdy case for a great price!

I bought this cute pink case for my Galaxy Note 3 to replace the one that had cracked. It looks great, but...I can't charge the cell phone when it's on because the slot for the charger to slide in is a little too small. So it doesn't receive the charge. So, I've taken it off. I'm very disappointed.

This is one of the best covers I've gotten since I first got the Note 3 years ago. Fit perfectly and the two items on the back already part of the cover and I don't have to install two extra little items that I use (magnetic holder and the ring stand). The purple is a nice hue with an attractive texture. Still slip enough to put in my pocket.

The case construction is light and appears to be designed more for protection from scrapes and scratches rather than against a fall, say from a table or your pocket. The biggest issue was that the opening for the charger plug was narrow and wouldn't allow the plug to be fully inserted and thus unable to charge the phone. Rather than return it, I used a small round file to lengthen the opening and fix the issue. If you need more protection, I suggest the Otter Box.

Perfect case for teenager. Seems durable and the handle is a loved feature as is the magnetic mount. The slate is a grey blue which looks more grey than the image shows. Exact fit for the note 3 and easy access to the s-pen. When I take the case off it tends to take the back cover off as well due to the glove fit. This is a non issue just might take some by surprise.

Sticker on screen protector left a residue I can't get off and it is a little tricky to line up , so now it is off center on the front camera which makes my pics a little fuzzy... but that could TOTALLY be operator error, I am not very patient! The quality of the case is great, durable feeling and secure. My baby ripped off the ring and it was easily reassembled. Thanks. Nice case. I'm happy.
