This is a great source of protein. I have to take at least 65 mg of protein every day. This makes it easier so I can add 3 scoops in my protein drink in the morning and then I've already got most of it doesn't for the day for the day

Adds protein without adding consistency or taste! Easy to use, can add it to just aabout anything! Soups, shakes, smoothies, salads, cooked veggies, egg whites omelettes, oatmeal, cold cereal! Like I said, just about anything! You are only as limited as your imagination!
