Have brought and used Medidos pill organisers for over 30 years as I like the ability to adjust the size and layout of the pill boxes to suit the medication being organised, but only had access to the old blue style plastic wallets to hold the daily plastic pill dispensers in. These often split after a short time and I had often wished they would sell the replacement wallets separately as they always perished before the pill containers did, meaning you had the expense of purchasing a whole new kit. By chance I saw they were offering these pill dispensing sets complete with a leather wallet, abeit quite a bit more expensive than the normal plastic sets. It arrived today and I have to say I'm very pleased with item supplied. The leather wallet was excellent, soft but strong and comes with a pocket in the top flap to store repeat prescriptions or list of medication. I only brought 1 as I wanted to see the quality before I committed to a further purchase as I make my medicines up 2 weeks at a time. It is well worth paying out the extra as being leather, the wallet should last for years as well as looking discreet and smart. My only suggestion is to offer a larger range of colours which would help in households where more than one person needs to organise their medication for easier identification.

Lovely smart, stylish and quality pill holder. Replaces the purple/lime plastic model, which though very smart and durable, just doesn't have the lovely tactile feel and look of real leather. The internal sliding dividers in each day's plastic box is also great for those awkward big tablets or differing morning/evening doses - you can slide it so you have one third space for morning pills and two thirds for evening, for example, or vice versa if you take a large morning daily vitamin C pill etc.

Lovely item, doesn't feel like a traditional pill box that reminds me of old folks homes. Not suitable for too many tablets, if you need to divide it into 3 sections, you can only fit around 2 tablets comfortably, depending on the tablet size of course. Nice leather cover, neat to keep in a handbag and take away for trips.

The pill containers at each end are difficult to remove and the middle one catches on the inside of the closure fitting

Looks good and is a nice size so just what I want for when I go travelling

Have only had this item a couple of weeks & now the press stud fastener is broken,therefore now unable to keep my medicine secure,feeling "conned"
