Super amazing story. Arryn is definitely amping up her badass. Holy crap. Sweet. Such a compassionate/ loving/ caring superhero, she wears her heart on her sleeve. I just love it!!It is so wonderful to dive into a story that is fun, funny, suspenseful, tense, heart wrenching, violent, heartwarming … satisfying. A perfect escape from our unsatisfying story. I loved being with the cast of characters that Arryn is collecting, so complex and well-developed, growing with every book.A mystic mentions Hanna and compares Arryn to her. I’ve mentioned before that I like Arryn more than Hanna. Margit made me start wondering if the two would get along. Weird thought because both Hanna and Arryn are famous for getting along with everyone. Author notes mention there is a plan for 3 or 5 more Arryn books. I can’t wait to read the stories where Arryn, Hanna, and Bethany Anne join forces to seal the fate of Irth! It would be an amazing psychological study/challenge to see how the three would get along and work together. How many exclamation points does that warrant?!!!

The feisty druid is back! Arryn is becoming even more bada** as she develops further skills, but she's still just as compassionate and grounded as ever; quite possibly more so, judging by a couple specific scenes in the book which are emotionally wrenching. The twins are showing more hints of what they can do, and young Corrine is growing by leaps and bounds - physically, magically, and emotionally. Keep reading, folks, because I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that she steals the show in the near future.

Things just keep getting more complex, more exciting... just, more. Candy Crum does a masterful job of keeping all the threads tight; you never find yourself going 'who is that, again?', but always happy to see what's up with every character. Well done!p.s. - Maps! We needs maps!!! Not only now that the story is moving out of the Arcadian Valley, but from the beginning. I've read the series twice now, and still find myself getting disoriented. Pleeeeez put maps of the valley in all of the Feisty Druid books???

Corrine is growing up and wants to help protecting the Forest. granted her wish to begin training, Arryn finds she is good with a knife and with healing. but none of this will stop the hoard who now has some additional friends. just remember, don't make Arryn angry.oh, so waiting for the next book. i'm looking forward to Arryn's adventures on another continent.

The character are so well developed and grow stronger with each book. I love how they were able to be in the Heights just in time to defeat the attacking ex-guards from Arcadia. There are many laugh out loud moments. Enough action and adventure to satisfy any reader. Like Hannah before her, Arryn has been able to add mystic magic to her already starting physical and druid magic. While this one was completely worth the long wait, I hope the next will be coming soon! Read the book through in one setting and highly recommend! (Couldn't resist adding a few exclamations!) 😄

And this one does not disappoint! Arryn Cat Samuel Corrine Are growing in their power and understanding of the bigger world picture. Margit was a tremendous asset for Arryn and I am so glad they were successful in eliminating two more evil threats. I love the Brann and the whole Daoine people and look for interesting things from him. Bravo!

This is a great series! It has not one but many great characters. I love watching the characters grow and evolve, as well as, their magic. Lots of witty banter and good verses evil. You should also read the author notes. Please hurry with the next book!!!

The Feisty Druid is one of my favorite spinoffs from the Kurtherian Gambit series. The characters all make me laugh and cry and really root for them. I love their magic and the way they use it to fight the bad guys. Cannot wait for the next one.
