I wish this came in a larger container. The proprietary blend is amazing. I researched for a while to find a good blend. You get the energy and pump without feeling twacked out. There’s no sucralose, which is huge! The beet root and Maca gets your blood pumping without elevating your blood pressure too much. I can definitely tell a difference in my Jiujitsu game if I don’t take Pre-roll.

I don't usually leave a review unless I really really love a product. This stuff is perfect for me and will be for you if you want to avoid two things... artificial sweetners and the caffeine jitters. The flavor isn't overly sweet, like a natural berry. And the aftertaste is like that big league chew bubble gum I had as a kid(grape flavor). I surprisingly had good clean energy from only 100mg of caffeine and it lasted about 1.5 hours of good lifting and cardio. I added 4g of beta alanine before my workout. FYI this comes from someone who has went from Noxplode, cellicor, and that old jacked product for pre workouts. This is a real product..not that fake crap that gives u only a caffeine buzz and then a crash. This stuff is steady and will be my pick for the foreseeable future.

Have been using this pre workout for about a month now in a little over 10 classes or so. It provides energy boost without jitters and a surprising alertness allowing me to focus on the lesson. As far as flavor, it’s not the greatest in the world, but it’s more than tolerable. Personally, I feel most negative reviews about the flavor are overly dramatic. It tastes ok and it isn’t disgusting at all.Overall, I do enjoy this product and plan on purchasing again when I run out.

Towards the lower half of the powder was super clumpy. I noticed this right away the first time I opened it. Even with the silica packet moisture managed to get in and cause clumping.

The taste is horrible. Tastes like slightly berry flavored aspirin and dirty dish rags. I added a sugar substitute and made it taste so much better. I tried this product 3 times and each time I over heated while training. Probably works different with each person. Customer service is amazing though.

I got a sample of this in an order from Gold Bjj and really liked it. I decided to give it a try to replace my pre-workout that I was taking. This doesn't make you jittery, itchy or anything like that. It has a little caffeine and then stuff to help you focus. I hated the flavor at first, but realized I was adding too much water, 1 scoop and 8oz of water and it tastes amazing. I've handed out samples to others at my gym and they all love it too.

Went into it with out much expectation but was pleasantly surprised. Clean energy and focus without jitters or itchy sensation. Good enough taste as far as pre workout goes, definitely better than most. Anyone expecting more probably hasn’t tried a lot of work out supplements as most taste awful but this went down smoothly.

We love this stuff. The energy it gives you is more subtle and less jittery. Easy on the stomach. Works well and gives you the pumps you want.
