Got this sword for my brother, but when it came it did not have the gold lettering on the blade. Since he is deployed he only recently got back to me that he really wanted the gold lettering. Personally to me the sword seemed fine without the lettering, but damn that's a shame for my brother. Also its false Advertising to have the photo show gold lettering. So let it be known that from now on all further purchases of this item do not have the gold lettering on the Blade!

Was an excellent surprise gift for my younger sister. Sword blade is dull but is heavy and would hurt someone if you hit them with it. Writing on blade is narrower than the lettering on Peter's sword in the Narnia movies, and the handle/pommel is wood instead of red leather, but it is an excellent replica.
