I purchased this mat on January 15 2024. The product details say it is warranted for a full year from date of order. On January 4, 2025 the controller stopped working making the mat useless. I have asked for a replacement controller, NOT a refund. The seller in their replies to my messages says that amazon return policy has expired. I'm definately caught in the red tape blender and feel it is Amazon's responsibility to make this right

Controller stopped working in less then a month.Got very promptly new controller from the company.After about 1.5 year no heating. Disapointing, also not sure if it's fixable

I love my BioMat! It really helps with my back pain. I feel much better. Plus it’s so pleasantly relaxing to lay down on it. Definitely it puts you in state of deep relaxation.

I've tried a lot of things over the years and this by far works even better than described ....well worth every penny. Wasted alot of money on products claiming to be "as described"...this definitately was not a waste of money. If you hurt...this is a must buy.

The GEMS MAT with Infrared Heat was recommended for us by our Physical Therapist. It warms and loosensour muscles first thing in the morning so we don't harm ourselves working out. It is very relaxing.
