Helped me pass College Algebra
I bought this for my College Algebra Class. And I passed and got my Degree. I hate math and this one class was holding me up. It's sturdy and display screen was easy to read. Buttons were big enough to see and didn't stick overtime. I passed it on to my daughter along with the calculator study guide. Great buy

The perfect tool for college math class! Just exactly what we needed. Holds up to being squished in a book bag well.

The Math Magician’s Best Friend
So, I bought the Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus, and let me tell you, this thing makes me feel like a wizard. Need to solve for X? Boom, done. Graph a parabola? Abracadabra! If you squint, it’s basically Hogwarts for math nerds. But let’s talk about the buttons. So many buttons. I’m convinced half of them are just there to intimidate me. Do I know what “sin” or “cos” does? No. But pressing them makes me feel like I’m hacking into the Matrix. And can we talk about the price? Who knew a calculator could cost as much as a small island? But hey, for something that can handle algebra, calculus, and probably launch a satellite if I press the right combo, it’s worth it.If you’ve ever wanted to feel both smarter and slightly terrified by math, the TI-84 Plus is your new best friend. Just don’t let it know you’re scared—it can sense fear.

Not advanced enough
Biggest issue. Fractions and age. No fraction button. Says copyright 2004. Get a newer one. (WITH FRACTION ABILITIES) They try so hard to keep the functionality covert. More sad with myself for not checking, but still feels wrong. Cant alpha, then F1 to pull up fractions which on the Texas Instruments website, Ti-84 plus calculators are able to do???
