Simple the best
ARP is top shelf high grade bolts, nuts, and others high strength easterners. Their USA history is second to none. The 12 point socket fit perfect. I will never use cheap parts for items like crankcase bolts. I chased the threads to ease the installation. I used a balance beam torque wrench snug this bolt on a 2000 silverado 2500 4WD. The truck runs fine. I replaced the oil pump, hoses, water pump, front crank seal, oil pressure screen, oil pan gasket, oil pump p/u tube and added a new coolant thermostat. All this was just part of regular maintenance in light of any the oil pan gasket needing to be replaced. I had nothing better to do so I replaced a bunch of other parts. The truck will probably reach 300K miles shortly then it will time for a new vehicle. I will be sad to see my Bessy go away when she hits 300k.

Great Product
Installed a corvette balancer on a rebuilt 6.0 and used this bolt to hold it in place. Be aware you will need the 12 point socket as mentioned in other reviews. Orielys had the 12 point sockets in stock for 7 dollars. The product included the required assembly lube and the proper torque setting include as well. Expensive, yes, but quality is never cheap and this bolt can be reused unlike OEM bolt.

2005 corvette
it worked perfectly on my ls2 and much better quality than the gm bolt , price is a bit steep but its worth the quality and its reusable.

This is a must have!
Used this on my 2006 Silverado, it is reusable unlock the oem crank bolts. Don’t risk breaking the oem one and just get one of these.

Fit 98 Ls1
Comes with grease for the bolts and all the washers are included. Good product as far as I can tell. Rather these then stock TTy bolts.

High quality piece
Nothing but the best, exactly what youd expect from ARP, the price was a little steep for 1 bolt, but you get what you pay for, plus this is reusable unlike the factory damper bolt. Used on my Stock LS3 during a cam swap. 250ft lbs, get a friend and have a flywheel tool or make sure you have a good method of holding the flywheel. A pry bar and holding it myself while torquing was quite difficult :)

WORKED PERFECTLY for my 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 4x4 LTZ Flex Fuel Truck
This stud kit worked perfectly for my 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 4x4 LTZ Flex Fuel Truck. I was taking off everything so that I can do an oil pump change on my truck because it had a ticking under the hood that everyone told me was a lifter knock. I wanted to try this and a trunion and push rod upgrade first to see if it would fix the problem. Keep in mind that I decided against changing the lifter and camshaft after checking for metal shavings in my oil pan and once I removed the oil pan and the plate inside the oil pan, I could see the camshaft. I turned it manually and could see that the whole thing was smooth and glassy, so I knew that there was nothing wrong in that area. Plus, there were no metal shavings in my oil pan. I changed the oil pump and this stopped the ticking under my truck (5.3L). I did the trunion upgrade because I heard that after 150,000 miles, these cheap what I call half moon trunions that chevy puts in their LS's tend to wear out and break and end up in the engine, which can do damage inside. I definitely didn't want that, so I changed the trunions to what I call full moon trunions and put a slightly bigger rod in for good measure. My truck is running beautifully.Anyway, this stud kit worked wonderfully.
