Simple Fix for a Worn-Out Overflow Plate
Noticed my old bathtub overflow plate was looking pretty rough, so I grabbed this two-hole replacement. Installation was straightforward—just unscrewed the old one and popped this in using the included brass screws. The chrome finish looks clean and matches the rest of my fixtures. It's a small detail, but it definitely freshens up the tub's appearance. If your overflow plate has seen better days, this is an easy and affordable fix.

This is exactly what it portends to be. The stainless steel seems quality. Installation is a breeze (assuming you have a standard overflow drain set already in place). The seal is good. No complaints.

Well it's on!
The bag was open at the bottom, so I lost the screws, but it's a shiny little thing and is the right size. I figured I would just use the existing screws, but when I tried to take them out THEY BOTH BROKE OFF. It was so corroded inside that the screws just unalived themselves. So I made a bold decision and used metal epoxy to attach this by welding the screws back together. God help me when I finally get a plumber out to fix this, but I couldn't take the gaping hole. I also got a little Octopus cover for the overflow plug for baths, so mostly I'm just looking at an adorable octopus. Five stars for the octopus, highly recommend.

I purchased this as a replacement for the drain cover in my bath tub. It fits well, I have had it for over a year and it has not rusted yet.
