I’ve only had this installed for about a day, so the review may be premature but so far so good.I had this installed on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe. I know they say you can install it yourself, but after watching some videos about how to remove the different pieces of the dashboard, I decided it would be best to let a pro do it. I took it to a local car audio shop and he said he installs these specific Start-X products all the time, no big deal. He had it done in under an hour.Important: It comes pre-programmed for a 2020 all gas JL Wrangler so it didn’t work on my vehicle at first. He had to flash it to reprogram it for the 4Xe (Plug in Hybrid) model. Once he did that, it was all good.When I first got in my vehicle after install, it had done something to my infotainment system. The climate screen was not functioning correctly and you could only change climate with the physical buttons, but the screen was showing as if you weren’t changing anything. It was a weird glitch. I went in to the infotainment system settings and did a factory reset and that fixed it. Everything went back to functioning as normal and the remote starter still functioned properly. Not sure if it was the starter component that caused the glitch or it was something the installer did, but either way, the factory reset fixed it so all good.Pretty simple use… Click the lock button on your factory key fob three times, the vehicle starts.It will run for 15 minutes, or you can click the lock button again three times and it will shut off.One thing that is different from other remote starts is that you have to press and release the brake, and then press the brake again to shift in to gear. If you simply press on the brake and try and shift right away, the vehicle will shut off.

Works great! Was relatively easy to install. Took about 30 minutes total with programming. Have tested it to about 200 ft (clear line of sight) and it worked!

Got it installed today in my 2024 wrangler Rubicon and it was a faily easy install. The instructions your easy to follow and the QR codefor the videos were very helpful. (Tip) download the weblink and create an account before hand it’ll make the install go faster. When I hooked the module to the weblink it had a firmware update and once I updated the firmware I had to flash the module. Even doing that the install took about an hour.

Easy to install including programming for the Jeep (required to bypass security). Only issue isnonce it is on its not like the factory, you can shift and drive it because of the security bypass, it does not cut out when shifting out of park before pressing start button. It does cut out after 10 minutes if you don't drive it, but the risk of it driving off is possible. Good system at a fraction of the factory price and anyone can install this, plug and play.

I installed this into my 2020 Wrangler. Even as a beginner at working on my vechile, It was easy eought to do (though 10 minutes was a wildly exaggeration for a beginner... took me 3 hours, between running in and out from the instruction being a bit daft in having to go in and out to until something then install... instructions could be a big easier.

fairly easy to install if you have some auto exp, didn’t like the fact that i had to update and download to use it after saying plug and play in ad. But, it did work as advertised after a bit of time.

I was concerned with an aftermarket remote start, but let me tell you, this is the easiest install and best aftermarket upgrade you can do. 20 mins to install start to finish, just follow the instructions. Works every time, a must have for cold weather or for the people in your life that hate the cold. Trust me, go buy this for your wife, she will thank you.
