EDITED REVIEW 2 years after purchase - This is perfect for work! I don’t have to bring an extra cooler for my bottles because of the bottom insulated section. It can only hold my spectra pump or my wearables, but not both at the same time.I will say I was surprised when one of the inside side pockets ripped after second use. Believe I put the spectra charger in the side pocket and ripped super easy when I took it out.UPDATED NOTES - While the design is there, I ended up buying a bag that was bigger and could fit more pumping items in it and tossed this one to the side. I never really used the cooler side of this bag because the bottom would get wet in the corners from the ice packs and could not keep the bottles in the upright position.

THE BEST. I traveled via car and plane for 11 hours total and successfully got 40+oz a breastmilk home. Only 2 bags were fully thawed after 11 hours including 45 minutes sitting on an 85 degree plane. As an exclusive pumper it fit my spectra, portable pump, 2 sets of pump cups and storage bottles in the top and about 10 5oz bags with a few ice packs in the bottom. So easy for TSA once you tell them where the frozen milk is. Highly recommend.

It’s exactly what my friend wanted and she is completely happy to have this product. It’s a backpack and has a convenient lower pouch that has a firm bottom and it’s totally insulated. It has exactly enough space to carry all the baby’s needs. The color is cool enough that dad can carry the backpack as well. 🤣

I loved the concept of this bag. There is lots to like. The cooler at the bottom is a great idea! It's not a very big cooler but if I have a small lunch when I go to work I can fit my lunch in there as well as a few Medela bottles for pumping. One thing this bag is lacking is exterior pockets. There are none. Correction, there's only one on the back. As I mentioned before, the cooler is small. I can fit some of the Medela bottles in there but to use it with my little guy when we're out, I couldn't fit any of his bottles in the cooler (I like to bottle feed while we're out). If I have my Medela pump in the top part of the cooler, I can't fit much else in there. It would have been great if it was just a little bigger but overall it's not too bad. The inner pockets seem a little cheaply made but I wasn't expecting much better at this price point. The only other complaint I have is that the material on your back is very hot. It doesn't breathe well. We went to the zoo on a not so hot day (upper 70s low 80s) and I was sweating with this thing on! My back was literally wet. A nice breathable material would have been nice. Honestly, overall it's a nice bag. With some improvements it could be a really great back that does double duty!

I was skeptical seeing reviews saying that there is not enough space but it fits my spectra s1 perfectly and theres still space at the top. I don't have anything in the bottom but I can tell there is enough space. For some reason I thought it came with a ice pack. It doesn’t, but the bottom is cool so buy an ice pack to put in it. Zipper is a little stubborn but I’ll give it time to break in.

This bag is great for convenience. Lots of big pockets inside to hold bottles and pumps parts. Doesn’t fit my spectra S2 like I wanted it too, everything fits a little more snug than I’d like. The cooler zipper compartment at the bottom is a nice concept but barely functional. If there’s nothing in that pocket the stuff inside the bag makes it heavy and it topples over. It works great for holding my Elvie Stride parts! Overall you get what you pay for here. It’s a nice bag but it has its flaws.
