Sound quality is very poor
Bought this a while ago as a gift, they just used it now and realised the sound quality is poor and too low. Not sure if I can return it will have to check with Amazon.

Defective product
I got this product as a gift for my daughter and it didn't work. I checked and both battery and its terminal were rusted. Attached pics for same.Also tried with new batteries which also didn't work

Damaged product received. I am unable to understand before dispatch is quality check not done. It was bday gift and it is so embarrassing to gift someone damaged item
