Supre Cool and Easy to Install
These reasonably priced bike wheel lights are very cool. At first it seemed complicated to install, however, if you move it around on the wheel to find the proper location for all three attachment spots then it is not hard at all. The top attachment snaps in while the two side ones snap and screw in, keeping the light safe and tight. I purchased 2 sets and put one on each of bike. We have four bikes in different sized and they fit on all. Now, I am ordering two more to add to both wheels. If you click once on the light and hold it turns on and if you click again then you can get different patterns. The light is very bright and fun. I highly recommend it!

Worth the price
First things first, to help this review be understood.I have been looking for something like this for my bike. When I saw an ad looking for people to use them to help sell more, I jumped at it.I am a pretty serious gravel biker. I just rode 17 miles, ON GRAVEL, on a work night. I ride enough that I have to pay more so things will perform how I want, and endure the elements I bike in. I also go distances that are quite difficult to bike. I have lost expensive bike headlights, as these are pretty serious demands for equipment.Today was pretty clear, as normal. These seemed to have held up well, too. Half of the time they were off, as there was light. I turned them on closer to dusk. They ended up seeming to hold up well. For brightness, they aren't super bright, near as I could tell, but I think people could see me, which is all I really need from something like this. Bike headlights are where you really worry about brightness on gravel, as they help you see in front of you. Now, for easy to install...I guess that's the one area that I cluld ask more of. It was easier for me to attach it upside down, and angle it within the spokes, to help the molded clip attach to the spoke. This was a challenge, as the spokes I have taper to help with the stresses of riding. So, I had to figure out how to have it clip to a larger part of the taper. All in all, are they worth the money? Absolutely. Are they places they could improve? Yes, but I am unsure if they can do so in a package that is anywhere near as cost effective. This is probably the best you could find without spending closer to $50.

Lights up nicely, pattern only visible when going VERY fast
This spoke light is a very nice idea, but it just doesn't work quite the way it is described or pictured under most circumstances. The Good:The light is easy to install (I bought 4 of them, one for each bike in the family, all different bikes), and functions properly. The light pattern does change every 4 seconds or so as indicated in the instructions. The batteries (3x AAA) are easy to install. The Bad:This is a single line of LED lights being spun around, changing the lights as it spins in order to create a pattern. Unless you're going REALLY fast (I can't quantify how fast, as I have yet to achieve the required speed), you won't see a full-wheel pattern as shown in the pictures for this product. The wheels will need to spin fast enough to make a full revolution while the lights are visible all the way around in order for this to work as shown. That's pretty darned fast.UPDATE: I just noticed that the description says that at 20 mph the full pattern will be visible. However, at 20 mph, my wife could only see a small portion of the pattern. The entire wheel was NOT lit up at 20 mph.My conclusion:Fun idea, just over promised. I'll keep them, as they're a novelty, and a fairly cheap one, but I would not buy them again. This product might work better if it was a 4- or more spoke solution, with all spokes coordinated. I don't even think you could take 4 of these and install them on the same wheel because you wouldn't get the coordination needed to create the same pattern at the same time.

Really fun lights and my neighbor is jealous
I got 2 of these for fun as well as safety for the front wheel of my commuter bike. I have rear panniers so I didn’t bother with the back wheel. They are nice and bright (cool toned LED) and have a motion sensor. I imagine the more you get the better the pattern would be. Installation is easy once you find the right openings in your spokes. They are kind of big and take up lots of space in your wheel. The plastic screws & nuts seem kinda brittle so I got some small O-rings as gaskets to keep them gripped on better. I only use these in the morning during my 4 mile commute in the dark, so battery usage has been low. (They aren’t very visible in the day.) I use rechargeables and have recharged only once in 2 months. I often ride in the rain and they are holding up just fine. I wish I had a big span of windows to ride past to see the pattern to see how they really look - someday I’ll find some!

Poor quality. I have twins so I bought two of these. You actually have to be riding really fast to even see the pattern. The units had to be zip tied to stay in place. The light on one of them won't stay on. The kids were so excited to try them but needless to say I had one child melting down in tears every two minutes when her light shut off just as she got going fast enough. Luckily her brother was nice enough to trade bikes on the ride back home. Super disappointed.

Eye catcher
My wife wanted some lights for her bike, we saw the led strips but noticed that it was a stein of lights that had to be wrapped around the spokes and just the taught of that got me discouraged. While searching on Amazon I found this amd they seem simple to attach. My wife loves them, she is visible at night and they look groovy. Only thing is that in order to appreciate the different patterns you have to be riding fast but other than that it's am outstanding product.
